A tutorial about stucture would be great
Heres la mera Berga carnal
Its Really gr8 m in love wid underground psychedelic
Gnarly was the perfect word to describe this sound.
Dude, just discovered your channel like a week ago. Watched most of your tutorials, you have improved my psy production to insane levels. Keep your videos coming man, cant get enough of them. You have been the missing piece of the puzzle for my psy production mate, thanks so much!!!!
Matthew O'Gorman yeah the same to me, this man is a god
Just to correct something, you said:"the sound should not be in phase"
But the sound should be "in phase" but should not be "out of phase" on the correlation meter +1 is mono, between 0 and +1 is "in phase"(this is what your are looking for) and between 0 and -1 is "out of phase".
Out of phase sound is not a problem on a stereo audio systems, it will be a problem on mono audio systems and you will lost parts of signal or even not hear a sound if it is 100% out of phase (-1 on the correlation meter).
A good way to add stereo while never being out of phase is by duplicating a stereo track, then using a sample delay plugin like the "latency delay" from voxengo, on one of the two tracks and playing with the knobs!
Interesting video tho :)
Symbiose I don’t understand this just yet but I’ll make a mental note and thanks
@@gepvpr Yeah it tooks me some times and lots of tutorials to get this, all you need is practice and patience
Yeah like Symbiose says, basically sounds in phase, sum, oposite phase cancels. Two exactly identicall waveforms at same phase, will end up in a sum of the amplitude, while two waveforms at oposite phases will cancell each other and result in absolute silence.
You want sounds in phase or they will sound dull and masked, the correlation metter is fine if it still posisitve, and even in certain sounds a bit of quick or small steps in the negative area is Ok, because many special FX fuck a lot with delays, phase and detuning, all affecting phase.
if u make psy this is not an issue. you will never see a psy festival with a mono sound system :)
I m always waiting your tutorial!!!!
I learn a lot from your tutorial.
thank you very much and keep it up!!
Thanks again Klaada! I love your insanity. It's the main reason I know I can trust you.
Let's put this sound next to "gnarly" in the dictionary, please.
Hello my friend! Your teaching methods are the most reasonable to learn something new AND you always seem to feel the music which is the most important thing haha
Underground Gathering sounds really cool!! keep up the good work
"Gnarly" is more of a way to describe a feeling you get from a sound, rather than a way of describing the sound itself. Usually these are deeply frequency and/or pitch-modulated sounds in such a way that they react with the body, e.g: getting goosebumps, hairs in your neck standing up, that tingeling feeling in your head (you know what I mean. right?) and that feeling your stomach is turning inside-out.
Hope this answered your question.
Much love from the Netherlands, keep rockin'.
Gnarly = wild, twisted, crazy shit, absolute madness!
Bro really like ur way of presenting, hahahahha, really funny, but quite educational, and yes GNARLY is what this sound is for sure, GNARLY means 'rough and twisted, especially because of old age or no protection from bad weather'
Klaad, you're gnarly, im gnarly, we're all gnarly ;) if this sound is a representation of what's going on inside that beautiful brain of yours then you're for sure gnarly ;)
Gnarly; ...a twisting lead that makes your brain melt xd
Wow. Never knew there's so much depth and minute details. Amazing! 👌
gnarly in the slang term is used to describe something heavy or intense, generally in a positive connotation but not always.... you did use the term correct
Thanks for this .... you crack me up 😆👌🤪
nice free vst , and nice tutorial Thanks
"YOU JUST ADJUST ADJUST ADJUST" miss ur weird but so good teachingz
Mad love brother
Klaada, love you bro. Thanks for the hard work you do to share your lessons.
Nice
Just for info , when the correlation meter is below 0 we say that the signal is "out of phase" , that means left and right signal will l each other in mono , it's only usefull if you are concerned by mono compatibility .
so great videos
you are mad bro, i like a lot your personality... so high
I'm happy to find your channel :D . Great tutorials, im learning so much since i've starting to watch your tutorials.
Hope i can learn more in the future with you!
PS: Goblins in Space//Child of Night (Ohmnium Records)
for wider sounds I use a left and right reverb. if I have a sound on the hard left I use my right reverb send.
Just a short info: being in phase is above 0 or even at +1.
Being out of phase (which is not good for mono) means being between -1 and 0.
I think you mixed up this point a little bit ;)
Thanks for the tutorial bro! Check Wider plugin from infected mushroom, it opens the stereo without phasing issues
And the fucking Spacemodulator is for free(ish)!! Pure insanity!
Can you teach us that classical trance sound too pleaseee?
Welcome mate! ☮️
gnarly means very cool
thanks man, really good tutorial
Great one!
Namaste.
What would we do without Valhalla plugins!
thanks a lot man for spending time and sharing nice tricks
killer bro thanks for ur tutorials!! buena vibra
Dope, thanks man. Really appreciate the vids
could you show us how we get the clear sound of kick and bass like in this track? would be nice
I never use auto filter. I should really use it more. I just use the eq8 for sweeps or use the cutoff directly in the synth.
you should, but you can make some awesome vocal-like filtering with the eq8 tho :)
Haha man i love your videos
thx bro I was thinking in that today, stereo psycopanoramic shit haha
I LOVE YOUR MUSIC
u are a king man ... perfect :)
thank u so much man, i'm a new subscriber :D
awesome thank you!
Gnarly = Extreme/Beyond normal/Over the top.
good tip
Awesome! thank you, I subbed
Please make a tutorial how you played the leads in the intro of your track. the Notes and the synthesis. and also arrangement of the leads. thanks!
+Martin Neuroblast you are thinking about that melody at the beggining?
@@klaadamusic the first track on 0.00 at the start of the video! :)
i dont understand how do you make the Arrangement and the structure of the leads. do you first make the big notes? do you only Play them like you feel??? i dont understand please help
Can this sound be produced in Serum?? If it's possible can you make a tutorial for that!!
wow !!!
we have operator in FL studio 2?
CHE PERSONAGGIO!!!^^ SEI IL MEGLIO, TE LO DICO!!
Gnarly. The g is silent. Originally meant ‘twisted’ like a gnarled branch or root of a tree. Later used by surfers to describe really crazy waves. Very inadvertently appropriate choice of word.
lijepo
I suppose you already know this but if you want to use a good stereo width tool, the plugin Wider is supposed to be a really good one that doesn't give much phasing while spreading the sound. polyversemusic.com/products/wider/
Would be interesting to see how the Stereo Tool you used in this tutorial would show on the phase-metering when u apply above plugin.
By any chance do you use Cubase at all?
Live stream !
Track id del inicio ?
