Yup, and when I was due to learn it in 10th Grade Health class, I remembered how Punky and Margo saved Cherie. However, the way I was taught in 10th Grade wasn't the same as how the kids here were taught. I wish we had done this sooner too. They were in Grade 4 at this time.
Lol. We had to wait for things in the 80s... like the 90s when Punky turned 18. Kids today don't wait for sh*t. They just statutory rape. "Too dark?," asked the GenX kid.
@Cerebrum, me too. I was born in ‘81, so this was one of my earliest childhood memories. I just remember the fridge was outdoors and Cherry hid in it. Funny how memory works.
@@yooneeque1 I didn't lear CPR until Grade 10, so these kids are lucky. But it was taught by our not-so-popular gym teacher, so this stuff still happened. But unlike here in fourth grade, there was even less tolerance for that kind of behaviour. Thankfully, I remembered this episode and how Mike and Punky and Margeaux used it; but the method I learned was slightly different.
Punky and Margeaux arrived and performed CPR, saving Cherie's life. Betty arrived after Cherie woke up. Alan was in tears because he now knows the value of CPR and felt guilty for being disruptive. Henry and Alan agree to go to a CPR class together. When Betty asked Cherie how she was feeling, Cherie answred "I'm hungry!" The audience laughs and the episode ends.
A funny part during class during the CPR exercise, Mike shakes Resessa Ann and asks her "Annie are you all right?!"....Alan jokes: "Why don't you kiss me and find out!"
Pssshhh. Your not in a true dangerous situation until the refrigerator falls face first. There is still hope while it stands upright. Once its face down you might as well try and kick open the back end
A refrigerator is air-tight which means that she passed out from lack of oxygen. A few more minutes she would have suffered permanent brain damage and another few, she would have died. Plus, back then refrigerators had locks on them that meant they could only be opened from the outside. There were real accidents where kids died after hiding in refrigerators and being unable to get out. It doesn’t take long for the oxygen to run out. Modern refrigerators usually have a safety feature so that they can be opened from the inside.
I am 43 and I remember this as a kid. This made a lot of kids my age back then more aware of CPR.

This one and the Challenger episode has stuck with me my entire life.
I remember I’d “practice” CPR on my Rainbow Bright doll thanks to this episode. I didn’t want to be a fuck up like Allen!
Rainbow Bright and Punky are the same character...for me 😅
Goddamit Allen!
What ever happened to part 3! It's been 10 years!
And 2 weeks
they removed it...
11 years now :/ LMAOOO
The sequel show helps, lol

We were so corny in the 80s 😩
What kind of low life teacher would send a kid to the principals office while learning CPR? T.K. Carter is the true one to blame for this.
The reason T.K Carter sent Allen to the principals office is because he was being a class clown disrupting and cutting a fool.
T.K was too busy dealing with T.C.
@@chriswideman4284 Yeah, he was clearly disrupting the class and preventing the others from learning and taking it seriously.
Let's put it this way: when Mike Fulton says "That's enough." You BETTER listen!! TC learned that the hard way in the Fenster Hall episode.

Por favor, dónde se ven los episodios completos desde la primera hasta la última temporada? 😢❤
Estas son las mejores comedias como estas ningunas 👍👍👍
We have to remember the refrigerator wasn’t plugged in, so it couldn’t have been that cold. The air supply however.
What happened after this? Where can I find the full video?

Trauma was so different back then.
They left her there for a whole week!!!
@0:25 Cherie said the famous quote from the Original Fly movie from 1958.
I'm surprised that a fuck-up like Allen remembered to call 9-1-1 in an emergency.
Cherie the Hide & Go Seek Master she so good she almost died true skill ....
Alan sure did f**k up
I remember watching this episode
Nelson: Ha Ha 👆
1:23 Margo is actually “Lumpatious” here, this word didn’t exist at first but thanks to Sam & Cat it exists now!
Spoiler: she didn't die. CPR saved her. Tune in next time when Punky is seen in Sabrina the Teenaged witch going to college, but why is she Roxie?
