A good friend of mine introduced me to LoG about 10 years ago (which is one of my favorite bands today), but he never went to Hellfest... until 2019. I swore to him that we were going to see LoG together, because it was just meant to be so. We somehow lost each other 2 hours before LoG. I ended up almost front row, 45 minutes before the show started, texted my friend to try to find me, without any real hopes (knowing the size of the crowd). And 4 songs after the show started, I feel a hand tapping my shoulder...THAT WAS HIM ! He f**king managed to find me in the middle of 30,000 people ! We finished the show next to each other, ran like bunnies that humongous circle pit, and it kinda felt like a life accomplishment. An amazing moment in my life !
