Tapola mini Kashmir of Maharashtra with stunning landscapes / beautiful scenery of hills and valleys with Shivsagar Lake, a 90 km long water body, which is actually a reservoir of the Koyna Dam. and adventure together
rustic charm and fascinating views of Koyna and Solshi rivers
Just 30-40 mins drive from Mahabaleshwar, there is beautiful village named Tapola which is also known as Mini Kashmir of Maharashtra.

From Mahabaleshwar, you can find public transport buses to Tapola. Additionally, shared jeeps operate between Tapola and Mahabaleshwar. While public transport is cost-effective, using your own or a hired vehicle would be more convenient, especially for exploring Tapola. However, if you're relying solely on public transport, visiting Kas from Tapola would be nearly impossible.

@ sania place is nice bt food and there service is bad,,,, and location is to far from mahabaleshwar...almost 1.30 hr distance. its total waste of money

5) Feb to June is not season to visit Tapola due to heat and low greenary... Best is at end of the monsoon and till January... When you enjoy lush greenary and clouds on earth...

I will suggest you Palavi resort... It has rooms with only 3 steps climb... Gazibo in front giving sun set view...
Rest all resorts have steps down or up...
Kinara also have tents which don't need any climbing, but I didn't like tents so much...

All this Resort toilet water are discharged in tapola and plastic & wet waste are thrown in forest
Yes, I have also seen the plastic waste thrown many places... There has to be awareness campaign for this 🙋

🙆🤔 As I saw almost all resort serve non veg food, so I am not so sure about Jain food. But this point is well taken. So whenever I will go again or do new resort series I will ask for Jain food 🙋

I think Palvi Resort will be good since the owners wife make home made non veg food... Also he provides fresh water fish.. In fact you can also go for fishing...
Just talk to the owner before going since I am not so sure if fishing allowed in rainy season...
Also in rain he arranges mud bath... So enjoy 🙋👍

Which is the best one for best views ,food and hospitality?
I think Palvi Resort will be good.
Owner is polite and have lot of enthusiasm.
He has bicycles at his resort which can be used for free.
His location is good for sunset viewing while having a cup of tea
since the owners wife make home made non veg food... Also he provides fresh water fish.. In fact you can also go for fishing...
Just talk to the owner before going since. So enjoy 🙋👍
