This is one of my favorite builds you've done so far. I can picture knights on horseback galloping out to engage an enemy quite vividly. I've got a similar build in mind, but it's twice as big, and I'm having trouble finding a location that isn't in the middle of the maelstrom to put it.
Wow great build. I tried to build some medieval buildings myself (e.g. a medieval town with different buildings like blacksmith, tavern, city walls.... ) but that castle design is truly amazing.
A stunning build like always! Would it be possible to give us the amount of building pieces you use for every building? I dont know if you start a new map for every video or maybe you can creat a new clan for each construction... with /heatmap or /building info will show you the amount of pieces ingame. Because every roleplay server gives you a limit for pieces and decorations. For example 500 Building Pieces + 500 placeables. Your creations are so nice and usefull for roleplaying, it would be awesome to see if they are possible.
Do you have a build that houses all the new crafting tables etc? Working on how large a design i'd need to have a full in game base. Great looking castle btw

Looks great. Any chance you can work on some builds that utilize pillars/ceilings. Been finding alot of servers that do not allow foundation stacking for obvious performance issues. Limits building creativity : (
if you put a ceiling on the column and close the column with walls. it will turn out like a foundation) that is, the assembly will look like with foundations. Or am I misunderstanding something?
@@HoxPlays due to the complexity of the translation, it is difficult for me to understand what are the requirements for buildings on the servers you are writing about. and what is the difference from assemblies with a foundation
This is a good faith question, because I don't know the answer: Why do you use "hollow walls" instead of making it solid, with like, foundation blocks? Why do you want void space inside the walls like that? Is that just to make the building cost cheaper?
That is the great thing about getting inspiration from someone like Lyumi Light; we are always free to modify the structure to fit our own personal tastes and concepts. :-) There are a few changes I would undoubtedly make, also. Such as making the round towers larger in both diameter and height. I'd also replace the side gate with a smaller door, so it resembled a postern, and at the main gate with the draw bridge, I'd likely add at least one, if not more gates and/or doors with rooms inside and murder holes, for a more realistic to history defensive position. Yet, Lyumi Light does excellent builds of which I've too many that I like to replicate. :-)
@@LyumiLight I recently built your medieval House (I believe it was) and I added a stair to the upper floor on the exterior instead of having a ladder inside. This opened up the bottom floor to hold more and seemed more realistic. Many buildings had exterior stairs. I managed to fit an improved firebowl cauldron under the stair landing, an improved BS bench, improved tanner, improved armorer and regular armorer downstairs and improved stove with an improved preservation box in the upstairs nook. I could have fit more in the bedroom/living space upstairs but I was purged and realized it was in a very vulnerable spot. The house was small and a great looking build, but had a surprising amount of space when used effeciently, especially with that added exterior stairs. I've since tore it down but plan to rebuild it in a safer location.

Try building walls to save time and space with fence foundation. Good for thin inner walls.

the foundation and walls have different textures. for the walls I use the wall texture )
