Im pregnant and have pregnancy insomnia sometimes where i wake up at like 2-3am and then cant fall back asleep. Yesterday the same. after still being up at 4.30 I went to the spare bed, pu t on your asmr and i fell asleep :D
As a person who also struggles with pcos and the sleepless nights I’ve gotten into the habit of turning on the scalp check videos to help me sleep. Please continue with these videos
One of the easiest way to brush through long hairs like this is, first starting with combing the ends and detangling them and then comb from all the way up. My Ammia(mom) taught me that and it makes the combing lot faster and also if someone is sensitive to pulling or tugging, it's less painful for them. Love your videos Semide! There's not one video which I watched and didn't feel tingles and fell half asleep. It's 8:15pm here and just watched this video as I was taking a lil break from preparing for two tests tomorrow and almost bumped my head in the reading table as I fell so relaxed & sleepy. Haha! Thank you ❤

What a nice intro. I love the glow from the lamp and candle. It brings a soft light ambiance to the video. Very nice piano music. I love the way you use your skills and abilities to help the person in this video, and also helping thousands watching this video, including myself. You do a great job in your massage of the neck to loosen tight muscles. You have soft and skilled hands, and you have the knowledge of pressure points. I am amazed at the level of skill you have. You are very talented. You even do a great job on braiding her hair. I like the camera angles switching throughout the video. Your voice is tremendous for bringing a calming effect. Your voice is super soft with a natural soothing tone. You are also super sweet in your personality.
When you mentioned your mother checking your hair for nits anybody brought up in the UK in the early 80,s would probably remember the nit nurse coming round the classroom checking all the children's hair I think this was my first experience of Asmr 👍

Back in elementary school I, too, liked lice checks. I obviously didn't want them to find any, but I was frustrated at how quick it went and when they found nothing I kept asking "Are you sure? Are you really sure? But I had a itch the other day and....". It never worked. Your scalp checks are magical and watching them is so relaxing. Thank you for these awesome vids!

I used to have long hair like Tina's naturally smooth and silky. Now I don't even have half of my hair 😭😭 And I liked the hair braiding part. Pls do more of hair braiding ❤️
I would love to have this done to me. I tend to accumulate stress in my body. I usually use a breathing and grounding method to help but it doesn't always release the tension in my body from stress.
I love the lights of your setup so much, down w covid rn and i just want to sleep but i keep getting headaches if the bg is white or even black as it makes the setup pop out too much but this calming yellow lighting is way less stressful on the eyes!! ❤️Thanku

I do this with on of my girls. She has super thick hair and it's a mix of curly and wavy. It definitely makes the job so much more easier!

Wasn't just the UK. They used to do lice checks in elementary school here in the US as well.
Mid 2000’s in Canada we did it too I was always so worried I’d have lice but I loved the feeling of the checks
