Here's my cover with tabs of this classic by the great Buck Owens! I'm playing a '52 Custom Shop Fender Telecaster through Logic Pro amp modeling.
Mighty fine! Purposeful and confident attack! Buck would approve!
"This tune is very interesting and reminds me of Sweden's 'The Spotnicks'. They covered quite a few 'Country' songs instrumentally. Polka's are really popular in Europe. The lead guitarist Bo Winberg built his own amplifiers and effects. No one was able to sound like him."

I remember when Buck Owens appeared on Hee Haw TV program
Wow, what a fun and challenging piece of music to play. I'm not up to full speed yet, but getting there. It's an excellent technical workout for both hands, besides being another great Buck Owens tune. Buck and his band were really good musicians, not just your average country band. They were extremely inventive and creative, and hugely influential. Surprisingly Buck didn't play a lot of electric guitar lead pieces like this, but left most of that up to his wonderful sidekick Don Rich. Obviously Buck was a real talented guitarist in his own right.

Excellent !! I have been listening to alot of Buck Owens & Don Rich lately & luv this tune. It's Eb on the record I think so working out the lead is tricky. Will definitely give it a go. Awesome playing as usual. I didn't check yet will backing track be available to purchase ?

Buck and the Buckaroos tuned their instruments a half step down, thus it's in Eb but they are playing in E.
I doubt if you could do this song in Eb without tuning down. You'd lose that distinctive E drone.
No because it’s all based on that open e string (or e-flat depending on tuning)
