Hi! The back of my 912 speakers get damn hot even when playing at low volume at the panel.... This is somehow not mentioned anywhere... is this normal?
Hey buddy, I just got the RCf 912 A they sound great, I use to have the Qsc k12.2 I notice the 912 have more kick bass than the Qsc. Thats a good thing for mobile dj events I guess, but when I use them home to practice or listening it's way too much bass even in the linear setting. I have to eq the bass. any suggestions?
I noticed RCF also announced the NX 9 series (wooden cabs) but they only have the 1.75" CD - no 3" or 4" in the NX series. I wonder why!? The NX series is typically marketed as a level above the Art series ... but absent the larger HF CD's???
The existing NX lineup has larger VC’s- the NX32A CD has a 3” VC and the NX45A CD has a 4” VC. But kind of a bummer they didn’t get updated amps and tech. I planned on purchasing the NX32A, but the extra power and larger CD on the Art 932A seems very appealing.
Hopefully they bring out something different in sub range like duel driver 10” or 12”! Be amazing if they throw roll driver inside they can put out some tight lows
I have the Rcf 712a Mk4 with Rcf 705a ii. I sold my Rcf 712 and bought Rcf 932a Pair and use it willth Rcf 705a ii Pair sub. Big differences 👌 Rcf 705a ii Subwoofer is definitely suitable for the 932a. No doubt
Hey guys Iam a DJ here in Miami Fl and just got the 915s two weeks ago…Just switch up to the 915 and man l am happy !!! Prior to getting them l had the qsc k12 2.2 after two years my sub blew and my module started having issues one actually went to shit the other was having cracking or sounded like electricity was going to the wrong places !! I also found out that qsc had China manufacturing their modules in which many 2.2 are having issues like crazy big mistake i think to half as in production. This came from the technician that qsc send me to here in a local repair place. He also informed me he had about 20 of them in which qsc had no parts to ship . So l called them directly and they just told me to ship it directly to them after l basically shewed them up and demanded a solution. Don’t get me wrong the sound is amazing but to me reliability and duration is big for me as a DJ especially on my big contracts. The prior models have had a good reputation always but the new models are having many issues so if you are between getting the rcf and qsc in which many DJS now in days are going with my advise go with the rcf . Just get a mix board and you can get technical and play with the equalizer all you want but my opinion after my last two Gigs they sound badass out the box and don’t let that 1.75 driver discourage you it’s loud. Iam very picky with sound and let me tell you they sound crisp and clear. Best sound i have heard in a long time. The bass is just insane in the 915 they are also light compared to other 15s. I am very happy so far and now l will order the subs to complete my set up. Rcf is the way to go especially with the warranty they give you !

@@djteknovibe93 Just speaking truth/real life, mean like pink noise, still a good speaker think this will be investment for most 945A. Also believe it or not using wav format to test/dj with enhance or bring out the best in a active. Wish started downloading wavs 5 years ago now such a difference
I wouldn't say its been designed from the ground up in terms of the cabinet. The cabinet is essentially the same but the grill covers the entire face of the speaker instead of an exposed horn.
Nice review I have the QSC K12.2 AND I WAS THINKING TO RETURN THEM AND GET THE RCF ART 912-A You thing the 912 are better in sound quality than the k12.2. I will use them for dj mobil and practicing at home. Thank you

@@MobilediscowirralCoUk I don't really use a sub bcuz it would be over kill for the bar...my original K12 was good enough...but I've seen these and I like what I see...I have never been a fan of a speaker with a LCD...and the way the K12.2 sounded just confirmed why...but maybe it's just operator error...so I'm going to test them out again this weekend and if I'm not happy with them...I'm going to buy these...but witch one do you recommend?...I'm new to this brand.
The DXR15 MK2 is beast, it's mainly focused for mobile DJ and it's great for hip hop, rnb. The Art 915 is focused on quality rather than bass heavy like the DXR who use NEXO components.
Great to see RCF pushing the limits (and creating new ones!) Would like to see matching subs in the line ...

@@cajunfid Agree. Due to the lower crossover frequency and better compression driver, the 932 is the sweet spot, in my opinion.

The Art 945A pushes 135 db now that is impressive.
That's specs nothing more, measure their SPL output with a class 1 SPL meter and you'll see no more than around 126db on the meter.

So, the big question is...do these make the HD line irrelevant? Better stated, is a 932 equivalent to an HD-932?
