Hi Maddy , I live this video , it's very helpful. I wanted to ask what is the alternative for someone who can't have their website done right now. I'm still studying graphic design but I'm trying to put my portfolio together on behance and indesign (pdf) , do you think that's suitable ?
Absolutely! I think however you choose to showcase your work, the important thing is that you do it really intentionally and think about the POV of the person viewing it. What would they want to see / know about you / etc. :) Try to tailor whatever the portfolio is to a specific target audience depending on what kind of job you want to get, or what kind of clients you want to work with!
Hey! I have a question, i'm building my portfolio in Behance, do you recommend to create a website aside with the projects + resume? Thank you very much
Hey Mili! I would recommend that :) it’s just more professional and allows you to curate your materials better! Behance is great to have too. In fact I usually link thumbnail images on my website to each Behance project to open in a new tab.
Some great critique, but for the portfolios that were specifically for UX researchers, I imagine would get a pass for the visual design of their website? 😯
I absolutely loved the kindness with which you delivered your criticism. I don't know if you are, but you'd be one hell of a boss to have!
This is so helpful. I like how you point out the positives and the negatives and offer ways to improve.

Kindly help with a site where one can create a portfolio. Thanks
If you’re just starting out, Squarespace is a great option! If you want to get more custom, I’d recommend Webflow :)
