How does the efficacy compare to the older Soprano models? I know that the 'Soprano Ice' had different applicators for different wavelengths, whereas the 'Soprano Ice Platinum' combines all three wavelengths. Is it worth it?
Soprano ice platinum is better for all skin tones including darker skin tones, but alexandrite laser cannot be used on darker skin because it will cause permanent damage. Soprano ice is also less painful than alexandrite laser. I have done both. Oh, and the soprano ice is far more effective at laser hair removal.
