That runs allot better with new brackets. Seems to be a good performer too. I like the motor whine too..sounds cool. Kinda reminds me of a Encon Princess..but this looks to be a better quality fans compared with those.

for having such little blade pitch it does put out pretty good. I'v never seen an encon princess irl, but from what I could tell by watching a few videos of them, they seem to have a bit smaller motors.

@@hobbycentral3516 yeah I think they do. Encon made a 30" version of the Princess witch was actually decent but the 42" ones were not as good

Very powerful. A local Subway restaurant used to have a polished brass version of this. I don't recall the blades to be round tip though.

I thought the round blades was strictly a nadair thing, but I recently picked up a brown and brass canarm hugger with round blade tips just like this. It also has a weird 3 arm lightkit. It's an oddball to say the least.

@@hobbycentral3516 Nadair indeed had a lot of fans with round tipped blades but other companies did this too such as Craftmade. I'm not suprised Canarm had models with these blades too but it's indeed unusual for them.

It's good to see that you fixed that dangerous wobble that it used to have.

It is a bit of an accomplishment , that's for sure lol

You could probably make the screw holes for the blades bigger and make those brackets work better

I was thinking about it, but my ocd wouldn't permit me to modify the original blades in any way=D
