Mark had stories just not as much as Brad and Randy. He had breaking Tim’s fool, thinking his family were aliens, thinking Santa died, being tricked to give Brad and randy money, going with Tim to a ballgame. Taking karate, Jill wanting him to be girl when she was pregnant with him, tricking Brad and Randy back with a letter. Needing glasses, stealing a knife, flying a plane, saving randy, getting grounded, Tim and Jill thinking he wanted to kill them, changing his image for a girl, making Tim’s video, Brad giving him bad advice on girls.
One of the things that made Home Improvement a great show is that it dealt with serious real life issues. This particular episode is one of my favorites because it deals with teenager's mental health and emotional well-being. Mark's problems were very relatable because this is something that happens all the time in real life. This episode shows the real danger of what could happen to your kid if you neglect their emotional needs. Mark was clearly dealing with some dark stuff and kept it bottled up inside. Lesson learned: Even if parents do not acknowledge it, children can feel if there's favoritism in the family. It's always important to treat your children equally.
The clothes aren't the issue. You can like scary stuff and still be a good person. They saw Mark who was always the good little boy make a sudden 180 degree turn. It's because he's acting so closed off, hanging around a bad influence and they don't understand any of it. I would bring it up if I were his mother. She has a right to know how her child is feeling.
I dress in black a lot myself, but that's partially 'cuz I like to color coordinate when I dress @ least Tim an' Jill r more supportive of Mark once they spoke 2 him my mom would have thrown me out of the house... 2 bad I didn't have anywhere else 2 go
maybe mark just likes the clothing? its funny how noone assumes something is goin wrong with the way he use to dress or the way brad and randy dress but ohh man stop everything because mark wants to dress in all black. its not a big deal my sister's use to dress in that kind of clothing and now they dont its just a phase some teen's go through its nothing. its a teen being a teen. 1 kid go's goth the other goes sports. plus this is just a tv show lol nothing real. also its like 13 years old...
another thing I wanted to add was Al's Pumpkin has an engine in it!!...You can see it!...So wtf is he talking about? He trying to lie about not having one when you cna clearly see that he does!
Kids who dress in all black when they're younger tend to be messed up in some way later in life... I dated a chick who wore black nail polish and dressed in black in high school, she ended up being the craziest bitch I ever met.

i still dont get why on earth does mark dress in black. oviously it means something more then just a movie, and hanging with this kid ronald, donald or whatever his name is.. def is not good. that kid has some issues. and mark .. mark has to deal with whatever is bothering him.. expression or no expression, talking is always healthy. being dressed in black, is cause something is going on, hes depressed on something. has sadness or an issue that has been accumulated for some time now.
