Well done. I never could understand the big deal about the color. One of the first things I do is put it in a case anyway. Somebody responded saying , what good is having an iphone if you cover it up. Talk about vanity, but I'm more concerned about protecting a phone that costs almost $1,000 rather than being so vain. Besides, most have a little window on the back so everyone can see the Apple logo.
I love adding personal touches to the phone. If l want to show the full colour of the phone - I just put on a clear phone case or if l want that person touch. I have a case where it's clear but inside there is glitter ✨, with Glitter Stars✨⭐️✨ & Hearts 💖✨💖 and you can still see the phone. Only use them for special occasions. Normally just use plain cases on my phone. Always worried about dropping the phone and it breaking
I gotta say, as someone in the Android camp, it kills me that Qualcomm, Nvidia, Samsung etc. can't keep up with Apple on the SoC front. Seeing how the A9 performs... it's making it hard for me to get excited about the Nexus 5X/6P with yet-another mediocre Snapdragon 8xx part. It's quite impressive really, Apple is a new player in chip design but they came out on top from day one. Seriously, they've been on top since the A4 and have yet to be beaten. The A9X in iPad Pro is going to make everything else look silly. Core M? No problem; imagine a scaled up A9 with 4 cores and higher clocks and you can see how it will easily overpower Broadwell I want a Retina MacBook with an Apple SoC, personally. I believe sticking with the 'S' models when buying iPhones is the SMARTEST and the most EFFICIENT way to go. Here's why: 'S' models always have the better upgrade. When you buy the base model (i.e the 5), you get more of a design change, rather than software. However, you wait for the 'S' model (i.e 5S), you still get the same design mostly (colour was the only real design change from 5 to 5S) BUT you get the touch ID. A much needed feature. So if you get the base models, you only get the start of the newest iPhone lineup. But if you stick with the 'S' models, you get the UPGRADED version of the base model. Which is just best. I got an iPhone 5, around 2 and a half years ago (it was my very first iPhone) and I kept it. Now, the new law in Canada states we only have to be on a phone contract for 2 years!! Great! So now, 2 and a half years later, I am able to upgrade. So, I have kept my iPhone 5 for these 2 and a half years, and now I am so happy that I will be able to stick with the 'S' models. I am not someone who can afford to buy a new iPhone every year, so my plan is to get the 6S Plus (which I am currently waiting for), so in 2 years, when the 7S and 7S Plus comes out, I will have the upgraded version of the iPhone 7! Hopefully I helped anyone who is stuck between waiting for the 7 or sticking with S models. Bottom line: If you have 5S or lower, UPGRADE NOW! If you have last years' iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, WAIT FOR THE 7S and 7S Plus. DO NOT UPGRADE NEXT YEAR. S models are the way to go.

Nice video. I really like how clear you are and the amount of detail you put into your videos. I think the iPhone 6S is nice but I don't think its worth upgrading from my 6plus but hopefully the iPhone 7 will be a worthy upgrade from the 6.
...and even to see 4k videos in its native resolution in the phone. The Sony Xperia z5 only works in 4k for pictures and 4k video, of course. The rest of the time works at full HD.
+Gustavo Calle Yeah, the only thing is... Battery life... it's just not ready yet to have 4K on a phone imo. If the battery where better then yes. But look at the batteries now, they last a day (max 2) when you use them intensively. So, i am very curious what Sony is going to do about that :-)

Good review. I used to recommend people buy the 64 GB model, but I realized most of my friends and family were not even using 16 GB so I now think the base model is the best value for most people.

With the live photos when you're swiping through the photos it "flickers" slowly to show you that it's a live photo. Then you have to force touch them to get the 1.5 seconds of video recorded before and prior the picture. Don't know if you skipped that part on purpose or that that the "flicker" was the live photo itself.
Anthony Tong I think is getting pretty common these times copying companies. That feature 1st came with HTC called "HTC Zoe" then Nokia Lumia now iPhones. But now HTC copied Apple, The new HTC "Aero A9" is a identical copy of an iPhone. SMH about copying but I guess that now is a trending¬_¬

I have always been partial towards the Galaxy line of phones, since the iPhone's just limit you to much in my opinion. Plus going from the Galaxy's screen to the iPhone 6's line of phones is just a step backwards. The deeper blacks and sharper images, not to mention the pure vividness of the Galaxy's Super AMOLED, just really shows its superiority over the iPhone's older display tech. The iPhone's do have some nice things going for them. But the Galaxy phones just suit my needs better. Plus I like the better Google integration and app integration that Android offers on it. It's good that Apple is using series 7,000 aluminum like the Galaxy Note 5 is too. The frame of the iPhone 6 wasn't that good. So at least they improved it to solve the bending and dent issues. Competition is a good thing.

The 3 core A9X is going to be a beast! ... I just bought an iPad Air 2 this year, but I'm already considering the iPad Pro -- just waiting to see how the stylus performs compared to top of the line Wacom digitizers. If it's in the ballpark of 2000 levels of pressure sensitivity and the devs update the App "Duet Display" to use the apple stylus to it's potential, it'll be a perfect wacom replacement to do desktop work in Photoshop, illustrator, etc. (Not to mention the native apps on the iPad itself) .... For those unaware: Duet Display is an app that lets you hook your iPad to a desktop or laptop (windows or mac) via USB and use it as a lag free touch screen monitor.

Great review, but i have to tell you that there is a point to make a phone screen 4k, and that is virtual reality (VR) functionality.

Yes, it was in the interest of expedience (and those photos weren't any more exciting with the full animation vs. the .5 second preview).

You have to 3D Touch the Live Photos to get the full animation. Seems like you didn't understand that in the review.
