I am of the opinion that keeping a number of religious books apart if we extensively study the second paad of yog darshan only, it can enable us to lead best worldly life and can take us to the highest level of spirituality.

Neeraj sir not to offend you a bit but I think not all our thoughts' are related to past lives. You mentioned you were Muslim, Nazi and other I think sometime we misrepresent our thoughts originated from the movies we have watched to the past live. I am telling you this because I had similar experience and with my extensive thought analysis I came into conclusion that this though was originated from the movies I have watched and I heard similar experiences from others too. That is why some yogis who live in seclusion outside human settlement truly achieve this goal of past live regression.

I tend to disagree with you on conscience and subconscience mind in the brain portion of human beings. Biologically and psychogically, a new brain is always formed when a child birth takes place. This is medical science. Then how memories of past lives are stored in subconscious mind ? I think we should have scientific approach and Sanatan vedic dharm encourages science rather mystifying a subject.
