This is because you don't have a clean mouth, as many ppl like to believe we have thousands of bacteria, much of it comes from plaque. I have tried many times to find this type of looking bacteria but mine is no where near the count ppl have a UA-cam. I tried from 100x to 800x which was as good of a magnification I could get, after 1000 it got too hard and have to literally let my objective come in contact with fluids.
