Patacake is the epitome of what makes your music great -- insanely rich textures, masterfully cut together, followed by addictive drum patterns and just the right amount of funky basslines. They call it plunderphonics but I genuinely believe your stuff is in a genre of its own, mate.
Same. I've listened to other artists just _trying_ to replicate this sound and how it hits me, and nothing really compares. Considering that it seems like splicing clips etc is coming around in terms of trends, I really hope plunderphonics gets a little more specific and easier to define. It's such a good vibe.

And I know what it's like trying to resurrect and remaster old stuff that has a nostalgia of its own. I think the Boss is perfect for the opening. It does feel like entering a party. And Patacake is a very nice closing one. Dragonfly doesn't sound like a mess -- just normal Pogo. And I think it goes perfectly well with the Picard remix, chord progression-wise. I think Pogo left because so many people were calling him names like 'transphobic' and 'homophobic' and it got to the point where he felt that he no longer wanted to make music for people that don't deserve it. What happened to pogo? Some of his music has been removed from Spotify and I freaking loved those songs and were a regular listen for me. He has been absent and not really making music anymore which is sad to me. Anyway, I hope all is well with him.

Man i really hope pogo is okay. This has me worried. I get taking a break, but i really hope its not the worst case scenario. Nobody seems to know whats happened.
