Have you had any problems in full screen mode? even if I set custom resolution 1920x1080 the resolution doesn't change...and the aspect ratio is similar to 4:3 and not 16:9

yes, the aspect ratio is not correct. set to window and use "borderless Gaming" or "magpie" to upscale it to fullscreen.
This boots on my mini PC however I can't seem to calibrate the guns
