- It has been a month and a half since my last update. Much has happened, and life is grand! I am down 108 pounds since my July 16, 2008 surgery, and I recently reached "Onderland." Much of my happiness comes from being physically active and accomplishing things I never knew I could.
You are looking amazing Karen! I love the hair! i'm so happy that you are enjoying your life and have found that you can do so much now. you really must feel GREAT! Keep up the awesome work!

You are doing so outstanding! Yes, it is a big deal! Congrats on keeping up in the spin class! I think that most bike seats of any kind are uncomfortable - it gives you what I call "Bike Butt" LOL.
