There are very few composers that have the talents for you to hear just the first few seconds and you just KNOW who is it. H e has a style in his beats his chords his overall art that he creates with sounds that is just so distinguishable from any other composer.
Zimmer and Sawano are both amazing. You notice in Sawano, every single time, he makes all sound stop, and then suddenly all the epic noices come in at once. Like in this soundtrack, it comes in at 1:31
It makes me so stupidly happy to see that more and more people are enjoying Hiroyuki's work. If anyone wants more I recommend kabeneri of the iron fortress.

Every time I listen to this I am fascinated anew that the lyrics are German. I am German, it's my native language, but it wasn't until I bought the CD and saw the lyrics in the booklet that I could actually make out the words. Makes listening to the song in the morning when I get ready for work so much better when I can sing along...

Sawano Hiroyuki works so hard on his music and I don't understand why people listen to Taylor Swift and not this. Because this is way better than any of her music. This actually feels entertaining and is something you can listen to when you're sad. Instead of the crap America listens to these days. Half of the music we listen to isn't even good. This show has the most badass dramatic walk I've ever seen. It should be a bloody oscar award.
