The much hyped Toshakhana case has been concluded today with the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan sentenced to 3 years in prison due to misdeclaration in the Toshakhana gifts case. In today's video, I share with you a brief history of Toshakhana and the rules associated with it. I also discuss with you where exactly did Imran Khan went wrong and what he needs to do now.

Unbiased opinion is that why Imran Khan bought these expensive gifts in the first place?. Forget the legality. Is it even ethical to buy expensive state gifts and then sell it in Middle east. I dont care about Nawaz, Zardari or other Officers (including Army officers) who got the gifts. But I am really disappointed that Imran Khan did that and even PTI supporters are defending him like a cult leader.
Imran Khan did not sell gifts all by himself, he was not heard in court, and our court system collapsed. He said his military official sold it and he should be presented in the court as well. But, why the military is untouchable. I just wanted to let you know that you did not include these details. Could you reevaluate your analysis?

Court's decision should be on the base of laws and proofs. Not on what an accused said in his political statements. Political statements ko access krna awam ka kaam hai, awam ko wo impress krti hain to thk nai krti unki marzi. Court ko sirf by the law chalna chahiye.

@@Photon-1927 yes, in Pakistan, it is a joke. But here I only comment on this video and whatever this guy is telling us. He said that IK told everyone in his speeches that only he is Sadiq and Ameen. Court has nothing to do whatever anyone said in his speeches.

Unbiased opinion where he didn't discuss why a judge who was on leave suddenly came back to hear the case? Imran Khan said he gave the watch to his military Secretary to sale it and use the money for the road, so moraly he didn't not do anything wrong. Even according to Islam one should not keep such an expesive thing because it stop the money from circulation that is why we have zakat in Islam. And judge did not summon the MS and didn't listen to any witness and gave the verdict. What sort of due process is this?

Just an observation on the example u quoted in the end - selling of the tosha khana gifts was an undesirable activity. We all condemn that. Imran also followed it. In all international forums, he used to say "all politicians r corrupt"while there were many issues to raise. But he did it because of his ego and revenge. For him, army was good when it supported him, army was bad when it opposed him. What is your source of judgment? Have you read the case and decision? I doubt your book summaries are based on the same research as this video content. Please post something with research.
Such a biased analysis. Kissing Ass of the Establishment got a whole new meaning. You moved your analysis from if this is legal to if this is morally right. First, the revenue from the sales item is mentioned in the FBR with Toshkhana reference in the source of income. The ECP form, only asks for current total assets and liquid cash. It does not ask for a source of income. Both incomes in the FBR and ECP reconciled. So what is guilt?
The gift was given to the Prime Minister of Pakistan and was submitted to Toshakhana, and these gifts are available to any Pakistani citizen to purchase. The gift was purchased by a citizen of Pakistan, Imran Khan, which he declared in the FBR income tax. If Imran Khan, in his personal capacity, wants to sell the item, so, again, what is the guilt, both legally and morally?
Imran Khan accuses those who steal from Pakistan and never declare their source of income.
I suggest you should stick to the books. These geopolitics are above your pay grade and beyond your understanding.
