Clearly JK is a vocalist so of course he’ll sing 😂😂 Once in a while he does rap/rap-sing especially during BTS’ early albums. They were a group centered on hip-hop and JK did rap. He ate on this song 👏 it’s a given that every dancer takes inspiration from MJ, especially in KPOP.
The bts rapline, RM, J-hope, and Suga are well respected rappers and they come from underground. I don’t like to say the best or better because everyone has their preferences. They have been going on way longer than stray kids and paved the way for other Kpop groups. Jung kook is their main vocalist so yes he doesn’t do much rap , in their earlier songs he does and he is quite good at it. If you are into that, you can react to more of BTS songs since they have hard beats and rapping in them.
If these guys are more inclined to rap, then why don't they react to more songs from the 3 BTS rappers? Or songs by the 3 of rappers together like Outro Tear, Ddaeng, Ugh, Cyphers? Or the hip-hop heavy BTS songs like Born Singer? Like they keep reacting to the more vocal heavy stuff and then keep saying they're not that into singing lol, I don't get it.
@@AverageBroz listen to agust D from SUGA, his solos is fire. There is so many good songs like "stranger" and "so far away" and , also, a lot of others with mv
are you comparing JUNGKOOK with straykids or BTS with straykids if you compare jungkook of course he not gonna rap like obviously, he is vocalist (he did rap in bts early songs but rn he not rap as much or rarely) but if you compare bts with straykids of course they're not gonna sound the same, they are in different group but both group have RAP. idk how much you listen to bts song but if you into heavy beat and rap i recommend listen to early bts songs or songs from rap line (group and solos) BTS - born singer - hip hop lover - we are bulletproof pt. 2 RAP LINE - ddaeng - cypher 1-4 - ugh! - outro : tear RAP LINE SOLOS (AGUST D) - agust d - daechwita (J-HOPE) - arosn - more - on the street with J. Cole (RM) - wild flower - intro : persona - joke
I don't know where you have been but jungkook 's Seven has been the biggest k-pop solo so far. It is the song that reached the fastest billion on spotify. He is on fire right now. So if you don't like him, then he said something recently to the effect that haters can keep on hating him, but he'll keep singing and performing for his fans.
I sometimes do not understand the need to drag BTS or a member down . These new reactors don’t understand how hard BTS worked and how hard BTS ARMY worked to make BTS visible. Those times sending requests to radio stations , trending them in twitter, make sure their works are visible, drive to get them in BB, calling out racists, misogynists etc. Appreciate who you appreciate but you don’t need to drag BTS down. If you take BTS out of the equation, there won’t be a K-Pop category. There’s still a lot of work to be done to break that barrier down, the racism towards Asian artists that permeate western entertainment. They still box them within a category😑.
3 members of BTS are currently serving in the Korean army (military service is mandatory in Korea) and the other 4 will also be serving. However all 7 are planning to be through with their service in 2025. So no new BTS songs for awhile.
It is so funny that these guys have been reacting to BTS for a while but still know nothing about the main vocalist, the golden maknae of BTS. He is definitely bigger than Kpop.
Yes it's def a homage to MJ as well as his group BTS (through lyrics and choreo too). And the group who did the MJ tribute was Bts Dynamite haha. MJ truly has influenced so mant artists worldwide!
Man , I really hope you get to BTS rappers then. I know it’s light years from stray kids music but the rappers started as underground rappers and they write compose for their solo album and BTS albums. I would recommand from BTS playlist : if I ruled the world (2013 debut album ) Tomorrow ( 2014) Intro : what I am to you ( by RM ) Hip hop phile 2014 Moving on 2015 Ma city Intro : nevermind ( by Suga ) Epilogue young forever Intro : boy meets evil ( by Jhope) 2016 First love by suga Reflection by rm Outro tear 2018 Those are just a couple that I find close to my heart. I put the years near it so that you can understand a bit of their parcours, I think it will be pretty self explanatory when you will start listening but just in case: They started their career with a small agency called Big Hit ( + 2000 agencies produced kpop groups at the time ). Small agencies were infamous for never beating the groups of big agencies ( YG, JYP, SM) because they had money, media coverage( press , broadcast , commercials, they controlled everything)and support from gouvernement . If you wanted to be big and win the major award you HAD to sign with the BIG 3 . So it was kind of a miracle when a group named BTS came out of nowhere and where suddenly called the best WITHOUT going trough the normal process known by everyone… or was it ? .. I don’t want to spoil you too much on their journey , as it is a pleasure to discover everything by yourself, you will come to see I hope. I want to attribute this success to their freedom in creativity and personality ( rare feat in kpop at the time ) they could say everything they wanted , produce the songs they enjoyed ( and boy did they do damage 😂) , and to add to that they were able to be unfiltered in term of personality thanks to the fact that no one wanted them on TV 😅( they created a bomb ass game show called run BTS and expose their crackhead-ness other there without censure). It’s what created this culture that we see today of kpop stars doing their game show, and engaging with fans that much, it also opened the door for groups to be able to write their own stuff. It’s what’s allowed amazing groups like stray kids and Gidle to be free as songwriters. BTS changed the face of kpop itself from the outside IN 😂😂 ( I say it like that because the outside world had to recognize them before their own country could realize how important they was) Their discography is unprecedented and unpredictable. They are heavily influenced by the great minds of OG hip hop. And since their debut in 2013 they have been proving. There is so much more music that I want to recommend because if you love hip hop and rap, the lyricism of this group will leave you baffled. You never and will never see it again in kpop history. And I listen to A LOT OF KPOP😅, so believe me. If you want more recommendations please just tell me I have many more that I curated just for you
Umm, Its JKs song so, Jack Harlow featured on his song. He featured on Kid Laroi's Too Much. JK is a singer, not technically a rapper at all he dibbles and danbled for fun. I dont believe your assessment, lol, its actually really low key dismissive. Question: Why choose to react if, as you stated multiple times, you didnt expect much? Lol 🤔 Interesting reaction indeed
If you want to know bts you need to react to a guide to bts members the bangtan 7 by Taylor to know them better . We all recommend this guide to the people who dont know them and confused about what they do and always judge them .
Exactly! I'm shocked no one has been requesting the Guide to BTS Members by Taylor Mari. It's literally one of the first few things people suggest. People don't get that BTS is a bit of anomaly in the kpop industry and I find it ironic they are the most well known kpop group when they barely fit what's typical in the industry. They have deep roots in hip hop. And having almost complete control of your albums direction musically and writing your own songs is rare, only now are we seeing more of it lately after they've become huge but still most companies have too much control over their artists to allow that.
Jk can rap. He rapped on some of their earlier songs. When Yoongi was out after surgery JK covered his part a couple times. Some of MJ’s family members, including his son, have praised BTS for the way they pay homage to MJ with Dynamite. BTS is also talked about in the new MJ documentary.
How do you even compare rappers to vocalist?? Bts are one of the best rap artists not idols unlike other groups. One thing for sure bts is one of a kind, other kpop groups look up to them and even follow their steps. To be fair react to all parts of cypers by bts underground rappers and their other rap songs
Guys, I think if that's not your vibe and you like rap better, you should give preference to bts rappers who are great and whom you like, jungkook is not for everyone
If after several BTS reaction someone says "I didn't know he had SLEEVE". I know you don't pay attention to Jungkook ata all. Plus comments of him not singing in 3D. What??? Also if you like rap.... listen to rappers. Jungkook is not rapper. Why do you expect him to rap? Do you expect rap on Tylor Swift songs? I don't like onions but I'm going to force myself to eat it and complain about it. Idiocracy.
If I’m remembering correctly, Chris, Jungkook and Jimin are pretty good friends; and maybe Felix too. I think Stray Kids are doing great, but they acknowledge that BTS paved the way for groups like them. Please, react to a broader range of BTS’ music/rap. Get outside of the group’s title tracks and discover the incredibly diverse b-sides that are some of the best music I’ve ever heard in my life. Also, as others have stated, if you like rap heavy stuff, there’s no shortage of that, both individually and as a group. RM has 2 mixtapes and 1 official album, same for Suga (aka Agust D for his solo albums) and j-hope has 1 mixtape and 1 album. So, that’s 8 albums for just their individual projects and that doesn’t include collaborations. Then you literally have 150-200 songs by the group. And don’t even get me started on lyrics and their inspiration for those lyrics. Never witnessed anything like it. I’m a 57 yr old grandmother from the US, but I remember learning all of the words to Rappers Delight by Sugar Hill Gang in the 8th grade, so no stranger to rap starting over 40 years ago. The best advice I can give to anyone is to learn to appreciate music in general, not just specific genres. Open your minds! Borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 And watch the intro guide!
Si es un claro homenaje a MJ! Igualmente Jungkook le dio su toque personal y la canción es un témazo, que hasta Usher quiso hacerla co JK y grabaron otro MV cantando y bailándola juntos! Muy bueno tb!
Regarding new music from BTS we must wait until 2025 as all members are currently serving in the South Korean Military. Jin is currently Sergeant Kim Seokjin and is scheduled to be released from Military services June of this year Hobi (JHope) Corporal Jung Hosoek is scheduled for release in October 2024. Both are assistant drill instructors. Fun fact Jin is training Jimin and JK in boot camp. The rest of the members are scheduled for release in June 2025. Suga is the longest serving as he is not an active duty soldier but is serving in an alternative way due to a severe shoulder injury he had as a trainee before debuting with BTS and finally having surgery repairing it in 2020/2021. You should go deep into bts' hiphop songs. Bts rappers are genuine rappers who write their lyrics and produce their own beats, and their evolution in their musical style was so genuine and interesting. They don't see hiphop and rapping as a concept, or some aesthetic like some other kpop groups.
