If your after tiny Lipo batteries, get the cheapest wireless earbuds you can and tear em appart. 2 mini lipos for projects like this.

Not sure if it is the smallest RC car around. Carson Motorsport has a range of 1:87 scale VW T1 vans. The wheelbase is shorter than this Mini and I think they are more narrow as well. But they are twice as expensive.
