    Nice workout but done have dumbbell so doing with liter water bottles 😆

      Maybe That. But you are going to need more resistance. Stick with the Bodyweight to gain more overall base strength and then once you have DBs Get It Done

    WOW! When you are accustomed to 2-3 minutes breaks between sets, 15 seconds in not a whole lot! I'm sweating like a pig here.
    Could touch my toes on the abs!! (i'm 4ft4 so I can touch my toes even stretching my arm ;) )

    Been using the HIIT workouts to mix in with my weights training. Good mix and aim is to go at least at your pace, even if I am 54 in a couple of weeks! Great channel
