    Do 1000 per day and u will surely see results . From my experience when i was consistent it helped a lot from being slim to getting abs. Plus it improves blood circulation in your body ,so the glow u get in your face 😊

      @@nidahashmi3342 As a beginner i started doing 300 skips per set of 50 jumps continously . I think you should keep a small target that is easy to achieve .

      @@gaurav4115 It helps to tone calves ,tighten muscles. Jump rope works on muscle mass. For getting bigger calves u can try calf raises which help you build bulky muscles.

    Here is a little tip: rather than jumping two times while only moving the jump rope once, i recommend jumping every time in sync with the rope. Hope this helps!

    I weigh 62 kg and want to lose 12 kgs. I'll track my progress here daily for a month.
    Day 1: 1000 skips
    Day 2: 400 skips
    Day 3: 1000 skips
    Day 4: 1000 skips
    Day 5: 1000 skips
    Day 6: break(not feeling well)
    Day 7: 2000 skips
    Day 8: 1000 skips
    Day 9: 2000 skips
    Day 10: 5000 skips (ate chips of 150gms-820 calories and burnt nearly 700 calories)
    Day 11: 2000 skips ( I checked my weight today I'm still 62kgs, I'm sure that I haven't taken more than 1600 calories per day, don't know why my weight is still 62kgs, but yeah I don't give up, I don't have any other option except doing workouts, stopping workout is even worst, so don't give up, be postive may be after a month weight loss will be visible 🤞 and I try to eat before 8pm may be that will help )
    Day 12: 1000 skips (dinner before 8pm)
    Day 13: 1000 skips (dinner before 8pm)
    Day 14 : 2500 skips
    Day 15 : 1000 skips
    Day 16 : 2000 skips
    Day 17: break ( depressed and demotivated hope I will recover tmr)

    It's really very effective I did it back in 2018 and got instant results and it was quite flat after doing it. I used to this 100 x 2 or 3 per day But now my belly fat is less than before but still I can't do this challenge don't know why but because 2 mins after doing it I pant so heavily and can't be consistent maybe it's because of my Asthma and it's genetic....is there any solution to get rid of it means be consistent like before.

      Am no expert so maybe the best thing would be to find another exercise? Like pilates or low intensity or walks. Things that dont stress you sweets.

      I got a cordless skipping rope it makes me sweat down to my toes even without the cord, I would say it's a good way to lose along with a diet. You can still lose weight without a diet but it would take longer , I wasn't eating properly for 2 months but I still went from 148-138 lbs. Could've lost more if I was persistent in eating healthy and my calorie deficit

      the best way to lose weight and not regain it is by developing a new. healthier lifestyle. choose a diet and exercise you can continue doing for years and decades to come. think long-term. not "how many months do I have to restrict myself before returning to my old, lazy and unhealthy lifestyle?"

    Too light of a rope can make it difficult to get into a comfortable rhythm.
    I started with a speed rope. Not knowing any better. Disaster.
    Then I discovered weighted ropes. I first started with a ½lb rope, but them upgraded to a 1lb rope. In a typical workout, I'll do at least 1000 reps, maybe 1500.
    I really enjoy incorporating jump rope into all my workouts.
    My back and shoulders reflect the amount of jump rope I do.
    I love it.

    It's not possible in 1 week I doing jump rope from almost 5 months everyday 1000 skips plus additional workouts with strict diet I lost around 13 kgs but as shown in this shorts its impossible to get flat belly in 7 days

      The goal is to always increase your endurance, so if you feel the need to start off by doing sets throughout the day - then whatever works! But ideally, it should be one block!

    I used a charger as a jump rope it’s so easy to use but so good because you don’t have to get a real jump rope since u got ur charger if you didn’t try that to should it’s perfect ! ❤

      You can't achieve such a goal in 10 days... More the weight more resistant is the body to weight loss journey. Hence more efforts with time. Even if you loose weight suddenly by vigorous exercise and strict diet..you'll again gain weight and even More. Be consistent.

      @@Peaceofislam9928 amazing amazing goal!!!! When it comes to weight loss, it’s 80% diet. You really don’t have to exercise to lose weight, but it’s incredible for your mental health, organs and long term body aesthetic!
      Fasting is good with excellent benefits, but it depends what you eat during those four hours. If you’re eating more than you’re burning because you’ve been so hungry during that window - you won’t lose weight!
      Calculate how many calories you should eat to be in a deficit, and stick to it! Over a few months you’ll see it start to drop off!

      do it!!!! so fun and amazing results! 1000 jumps for 7 days, on average around 20 minutes to hit 1000. But you'll get quicker!

Your before and after pictures are in completely different outfits, you are standing with different posture, you are already physically fit but are bloated in the before photo, etc. Instead of giving any actual empirical data, your comparing one slightly unflattering to a considerably more flattering photo with no context about the actual results you got or what you did to get said “results”.
      Someone who is desperate to lose weight but struggling with motivation to workout will watch this short and think they can lose INCHES off their waist in just a few days by jumping some rope for half an hour. That’s extremely disingenuous and I think you know exactly what fantasy you are selling here and how many views you can farm from hardworking people who just want an easy way out of going to the gym. That’s why you have so many people in the comments asking ridiculous questions about losing 30kg in a week with your magical “give you a beach body in just 7 days” jump rope exercise.
      Jumping rope has a ton of benefits sure, but even the professionals who are always going viral making it very apparent that it takes them MONTHS and even YEARS to really start seeing dramatic results and that’s always in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle and STILL GOING TO THE GYM on a regular basis. If you are trying to promote this type of physical activity, at least do it in a way that gives a realistic expectation of results it can provide and not fool people just to inflate your views on yt.

      Agreed. It takes months/years to have consistent and long-lasting results - which I highlight in my full video here: ua-cam.com/video/lp_mICH03rY/v-deo.html. Trust me I know - I am still on a fat loss journey and have exercised my whole life.
      HOWEVER, these are my results after a week - everyone is different, every body are different and will have different progress.
      Bloating is a big factor and I was also on the keto diet for a week - which is renowned for quick fat loss hence the fab results. But you can't put all of that in a 10 second video!

      But the key to losing fat is to consume less than you burn! 🤎

    This is amazing and made me want to continue jumping rope. However, did you make that results in only 1 week? Most people say your supposed to lose just 1 pound a week and that looks like a lot more than one pound. No judgements I’m just curious and I’m happy for you

      When it comes to weight maintenance, it’s best to calculate your metabolic rate to work out exactly how many calories you should be eating to maintain. Because whilst we think we have a vague idea, it’s always best to do the maths as it’s likely to surprise you! X

      You can do cardio exercises along with abdominal exercises or yoga after 6 months of surgery provided your wounds healed timely.
      So yes!! But confirm with your doctor first if you’re not confident.

      Once!! 1000 jumps. At first it will take around 25 minutes then you’ll get it down to 15 by the end of week 1!

      At first you’ll need to take breaks but towards the end of the challenge you’ll be able to do 1000 a lot easier! I didn’t do it in sets because when you’re learning to jump you trip up on your feet etc! So impossible to guarantee a certain amount of jumps per set!

      Hi! Like any other workout routine, it is impossible to target one area of your body for weight loss. Exercises are meant to aid in weight loss throughout the entire body!!
      To target your hips add in some side lunges, fire hydrants and hips raises to your normal workout routine!

      @@mounikau3469 i didnt meet her often due to life circumstances. she's my ex-schoolmate and i just meet her recently. She's changed so much that i asked her how she do it. She said, one of the way is she try this and she does highlight that this is the most effective one to lose weight since its involve in full body. 500jump everyday or at least 30-60minutes jump perday. She said, her weight lose journey is hard and the results did not come quickly. Its important to consistent and did not stop once u get ur desired results.

      @Waigumo Kahindo Losing weight comes down to your diet. Being in a calorie deficit (eating less) is the main driver of weight loss. Exercise can help you burn calories but you won’t see results by just doing these misleading exercise to “lose weight”
