Here is a little tip: rather than jumping two times while only moving the jump rope once, i recommend jumping every time in sync with the rope. Hope this helps!

Oh how i used to jump rope for fun in my hostel days of school with my friends during our playtime now i have to do this as my workout for my body 😂
It's really very effective I did it back in 2018 and got instant results and it was quite flat after doing it. I used to this 100 x 2 or 3 per day But now my belly fat is less than before but still I can't do this challenge don't know why but because 2 mins after doing it I pant so heavily and can't be consistent maybe it's because of my Asthma and it's genetic....is there any solution to get rid of it means be consistent like before.
Am no expert so maybe the best thing would be to find another exercise? Like pilates or low intensity or walks. Things that dont stress you sweets.
Just increase your stamina by doing aerobic and anaerobic excercises

I got a cordless skipping rope it makes me sweat down to my toes even without the cord, I would say it's a good way to lose along with a diet. You can still lose weight without a diet but it would take longer , I wasn't eating properly for 2 months but I still went from 148-138 lbs. Could've lost more if I was persistent in eating healthy and my calorie deficit

I started with a speed rope. Not knowing any better. Disaster.
Then I discovered weighted ropes. I first started with a ½lb rope, but them upgraded to a 1lb rope. In a typical workout, I'll do at least 1000 reps, maybe 1500.
I really enjoy incorporating jump rope into all my workouts.

You can't achieve such a goal in 10 days... More the weight more resistant is the body to weight loss journey. Hence more efforts with time. Even if you loose weight suddenly by vigorous exercise and strict diet..you'll again gain weight and even More. Be consistent.

Fasting is good with excellent benefits, but it depends what you eat during those four hours. If you’re eating more than you’re burning because you’ve been so hungry during that window - you won’t lose weight!
Calculate how many calories you should eat to be in a deficit, and stick to it! Over a few months you’ll see it start to drop off!

Jumping rope has a ton of benefits sure, but even the professionals who are always going viral making it very apparent that it takes them MONTHS and even YEARS to really start seeing dramatic results and that’s always in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle and STILL GOING TO THE GYM on a regular basis. HOWEVER, these are my results after a week - everyone is different, every body are different and will have different progress.

You can do cardio exercises along with abdominal exercises or yoga after 6 months of surgery provided your wounds healed timely.

At first you’ll need to take breaks but towards the end of the challenge you’ll be able to do 1000 a lot easier! I didn’t do it in sets because when you’re learning to jump you trip up on your feet etc! So impossible to guarantee a certain amount of jumps per set!

Hi! Like any other workout routine, it is impossible to target one area of your body for weight loss. Exercises are meant to aid in weight loss throughout the entire body!!
To target your hips add in some side lunges, fire hydrants and hips raises to your normal workout routine!
