Just finished watching the entire video, time just FLEW by. I must congratulate you, this video is so well filmed, not too fast, everything in detail, store names, architectural details, the pace, it's almost like being there! Can't wait to watch your other videos. A big hello from Toronto, Canada!
Brilliant 👏 Started watching your videos during lockfown but I'll certainly continue beyond that. Munich is a fantastic city and this brought back a flood of happy memories. Such a neat and beautiful place. Lovely piece of escapism and easiest way to see the world without leaving your own sofa. Thanks very much 👍😊
I was in Munich some years ago and stayed at the Schlicker hotel (at 2:57 ) near Marienplatz, next to Mc Donalds and opossite the beer place that appears at 3:13, I went there too. At 19:07 I took a pic of those Haulbert and Rituals shops while taking a tea opposite that place. Unfortunately I couldn't see that place coz that side had some kind of barrier on the video. I didn't see the mall that appears afterwards on the video but it looks amazing. It was great to live again the experience and do a similar walk this time in a virtual way. So many memories and such a beautiful view 😍😍😍. Thank you very much🙏❤
Thank you for this comment! Glad to hear, that you had a good time. There are a few more videos of Munich on the channel - from 2019 and beyond: ua-cam.com/users/results?search_query=poptravel+munich More Munich walks are coming over the next few months
None of the German cities do anything for me no matter how hard I try. It's only Paris and Stockholm that set off my taste buds Edit: I will say I'm impressed by how some of the former DDR cities have come back to life. Maybe I'll try to like Leipzig again on my next outing. Was Dresden damaged just as badly in World War II as Warsaw and a lot of its old architectures is gone? I do like some parts of Berlin and Hamburg, so maybe it's the northern vibe that I like? Just for reference, I don't really like Vienna that much, but I like Zurich, I like Amsterdam a lot but nothing really in Italy. London has a very disjointed vibe to it, like there's no consistency or congruity to it, plus I think covid made it worse, Oxford Street and Regent Street are just a mess these days with low rent stores like H&M and Zara taking over what was once more chic stores
Thank you, it brought my good memories back to me✌️✌️😍
Everybody looks so happy!

Beautiful scenery, like fairyland, makes people feel relaxed. They want to live here and die here.
J’ai souvent fait cette rue ! J’aime beaucoup
Although I'm from Northern Germany I have to say Munich is quite beautiful for a city it's size!

Hamburg und münchen sind sehr schöne städte.

Nice for a visit, but for living - the appartment prices are so sky rocketing that it would spoil me every day.
es gibt noch das schöne umland wenn man sich die stadt nicht leisten will 😌

Dresden was anihilated. It burnt down but the core Was rebuilt and the outer surroundings were not damaged.
This is great content - thank you. I am just starting out with my 4K channel and I take inspiration from you. Thank you!
