I mean Jodd has been playing Nina for a very long time and is a specialist with the character. Arslan just plays top tier characters, not much more to it. Nothing wrong with that though especially when competing.
@@Simon_Denmark we just watched him beat Jodd and Arslan has said before that he wanted to play Nina in T7, she's his actual main. T7 had bullshit DLC characters, of course he played those when they were better. But Nina just happens to be top tier in T8, so it just ended up being a win win scenario for him.
@Simon_Denmark excuse me???? Nina was the first ever MAIN of Arslan, and it goes back to Tekken 5. Every Tekken, he has played Nina at the highest level. You never daw it because he didn't travelto internationaltournaments at that time. He is a professional, so he will definitely pick the character that has the best chance of winning. Do you think Ulsan plays Dragunov for sympathy???
@@yellowscarlightningscream8347 Alright you can calm down now with the rizzing, I get that you’re the number 1 fan of Arslan Ash. I already said that there’s nothing wrong with playing top tiers especially when competing. I’m not sure how hard it is to comprehend for you.
Doesn’t mean that he’s better at Nina. She’s top 5 in the game, Arslan is not a specialist while JODD is. You can be the best in the world, doesn’t mean you’re the best at the character you play.
@@yellowscarlightningscream8347 If you watched the video you would understand why. While JODD has a better Nina, Arslan was playing better Tekken then he was. That’s why he won, not because he’s better at Nina.
You’re completely missing the point. Arslan’s Nina is basic and unimpressive, but in terms of fundamental tekken he’s the best in the world. He could pick up nearly any character and have good results immediately even without a lot of knowledge/experience.
@norf-kr6od again, my points stands. How can Jodd be a better Nina if he is a worse Tekken player? This is like saying TheMainMan is the better Kazuya player than Keisuke because he has been playing him for so long. Same goes for FightingGM having a better Lee Chaolan than Super Akouma. Both are not true. Jeez you all
People around my rank, TG/TGS, can often block Wipe the Floor. I don't know why pros get hit by it so much-must be the tournament nerves. But I notice Arslan using it less now. I believe it cost him at least two tournaments because it got blocked.
Nina doesnt have many good highs in neutral. But tons of crazy mids. So it doesnt surprise me re: tournament nerves. It's insane how many rounds I rob with sliding f 1+2.
Aye ya boi on this first so let me say, Fizzle been going ham with the vids lately. Shoutout
church is in session, that light at the top left of gm be holy asf
True words, Arslan, the better tekken player. Jodd the character specialist. Tough life.
Yeah I expected arslan to win that just because, but watching Jodd will show you stuff you wouldn't have seen elsewhere
I really wish Sean would enter tournaments again with Lee would be so so sick to see him against the top players again
Whos Sean?

@marcianotresca4963 🤣 🤣 🤣 that's just a troll name is used as my tekken name
Lee in tournaments? In the current state of tekken? That's setting yourself up😂

Perfect video for the finer point about specialty. Wish they picked a wider pool for you to break down
I think it's Hayashida and not Hayadisha.
Low hanging fruit lol
He says it wrong and different every video that he says it in. Lol

great video bro
Cool to see that foundational Tekken
React to the Jon's king, he has an incredible understanding of that character even majin praised him
The Jon is better than Lil Majin at Tekken and King
Another good video bro

you don't know jodd so you're not ready for this conversation
Jodd is the better nina but Arslan is the bettee tournament player
jodd has the better nina obv cuz he a specialist but arslan is just the BETTER TEKKEN PLAYER (fundamentals, defense, download, accomplishments)

Arslan has won the biggest Tekken Evo ever using a NINA, so it is not even a talking point.
