They don’t have quirks, it’s like an quirk but it’s just an ability that warframes have depending on their design and operator. Depending on which warframe it was, bakugo could possibly easily clap them like it was nothing.So all in all, warframe aka Tenno are heroes of the system or the galaxy against the Corpus, Grineer, infested, and Sentient. They were slaves of the orokin and afterwards betrayed them for their freedom to help the system, not power hungry maniacs. That should help people with confusion of the answers given and for the questions

I mean we are villains to the enemy factions sure but our eyes we're doing the universe a favor by repeatedly go into the Hydron mission and kill over 1 million grineer or go into a boss mission over and over to give the boss a "Warning" and the sister/liches are a good example of when we try to be merciful, or action comes to haunt us so we've forced to kill them or turn them. (I have yet to do anything with my first lich so i got zero idea how that works) Also to the sentient think we are just metal puppets that we control and we were associated with the Orikin back then. Nahta was taken from us because she didn't tell us she was multiple people in one body and now we probably have to play the villains once more to end The New War which will probably have us fight and kill her to end the war.....
Just because they are a good doesn't mean they don't have a gender. Example: Zeus from greek mythology is male, and Athena is female, they are good gods yes but they have genders to. That and I'm not doing the non binary thing, I'm too lazy on that
