Yet another fascinating story you've cooked up... I like this one all the more because of the sound effects and the particular wording of the dialogue. A lot of the sound effects sound...clunky, sort of larger-than-life, and not nearly as futuristic as one usually imagines space-opera sound effects to be. There's a certain feel to the spoken parts that goes along with this. I am imagining a lot of brushed sheet metal, brass and copper fittings, mechanical rather than electronic devices...rather like if the Space Age had begun in Victorian England. The effect is enhanced by the fact that the audio takes place aboard a train... Very nicely done.
