Era suposto a Faouzia ser a vencedora. Faouzia was supposed to be the winner.
I can tell you that as a rule, in such competitions arranged in China, their people must be the winner, champion, or runner-up, whereas foreigners, no matter how skilled, can only be the runner-up or third runner-up.
