Time for a pivot. You guys haven’t had a 500k viewed video in over a year. Despite warnings against the app, you went for it. Now, viewership is dropping, and the channel is saturated with dull content. If 85 South Show thrived on UA-cam, why remove live shows? Trying to over-monetize live tours when you were already profiting from ticket sales and substantial ad revenue on UA-cam seems unnecessary.
Going independent for profit is commendable, but consider the opportunity cost. A quick analysis would show your fanbase and live attendance surged with UA-cam viewership. Bring back some live shows to UA-cam. Don't limit free subscribers to subpar content. Your major live shows could still be posted as premium UA-cam videos. You've reversed a previously successful formula.
