Its standard practice to try rehouse staff during redundancy, i have been though two at this point and you decide are they fired/terminated or redundant. In the case of redundancy they will look for an alternative role within the company, however that depends on if they like Rob or not. If they do not it will be a "bad" role option then a cash out option will be put down to get rid of him. If they like Rob it will end up a match role, one he will be able to do and carry out. Lots of options "IF" he has not been fired, he might return once again in another game or franchise within CA/Sega.

There are many things that the IT department can do to find out who is leaking, and of course CA can go through the avenue of taking people to court for sharing personal information without proper lawful use. Rob is being made redundant , not fired , there are some subtle differences , ‘at risk’ is HR speak meaning the role is in consultation for redundancy. To make someone redundant a period of consultation is required depending on numbers likely with union or elected representatives , this period allows employees to make proposals to save their jobs , (almost never works). After the consultation 30/60 or 90 days , then the redundancy happens. To say he is or has been fired based on those emails would be incorrect , though the outcome his role ceasing to exist is likely , he may leave with a healthy pay out usually dependant on his contract , or he may be re deployed into another roles if both parties agree.

If his role is "at risk" (of redunancy) it is much more likely he was given PILON (pay in lieu of notice) or garden leave (still techniically employeed until the end of collective consultation but told not to come to work.) This usually happens with senior employees, as they are considered a risk to the business once they learn of their reduncancy. Or to suppot your narative , they might have been so sick of him they took they oppotunity to ask him to leave early due to his impending redundancy. It would be risky (but not impossible) to sack someone during their redendancy consultation , as its always a risk to actually sack someone , especailly when they are going anyway and this could leave them open to accusations that they just dont want to pay the redundancy. This is usually a flawed argument though since the cost of the reduncancy is usually paid for (in buget terms) long before the annoncment is made. I appreciate "fired" makes a way more interesting narative and im no fan of CA, but i have worked in HR on far too many redundcnay business cases from both business and union pesepectives and have a good grasp of what is happening here from a legal perspective. I find your videos engaging , but based on the evidence in this video , i would say its unlikely he has been "fired" and much more likely he has been placed on leave pending redudancy , or paid out his redundancy in Liue of his notice. Obviously hadnt..since i was a lowly console wanna-be gamer. Ya know ?? Anyways, i thought it was weird that he wasnt trying to sell me on something he'd spent 100s of hours on. Soo lowkey i was mad/intrigued. Why was he hesitant to get me into it? This being the same guy I snort random powders up my nose with! Why would HE tell me to do MY research first?? I did not give CA money for every total war game ever made just to have them pivot and go make something else entirely whilst allowing the IP I paid them for get progressively worse. The Soviet anti tank dog was real, at first they tried to teach the dogs to place a timed bomb and run (get more use out of em) but they later settled on kamikaze dogs, it was actually rather effective, infact it was so good the Japanese copied it with some several thousand German supplied dogs. And some Iraqi insurgents tried it out too, it didn't really work and the dog was the only casualty (rip to an anti imperialist martyr)

If you just use the total war formula: real time battles + global management on a campaign map its very possible in my opinion .. we dont have to fanaticly stick to this whole regiment style of warfare .... maybe go a bit into the DoW 2 .... World in Conflict direction in order to realise realtime battles

You don't need to simulate every intricacy of 40k combat, just do some nonsense story like a bunch of ships from every faction got messed up in the warp and now they're fighting it out on this one planet or abstract away a lot of the extra stuff.
Whos really going to care that its not 100% or even 50% realistic to the lore? none of the total war games have ever come close to a proper representation of reality anyway.

There are many things that the IT department can do to find out who is leaking, and of course CA can go through the avenue of taking people to court for sharing personal information without proper lawful use. Plus, the videos created with this information will be in breach of UA-cam's community standards policies too, so i expect this channel will be deleted soon. Harrassment and Cyberbullying, Misinformation, i'm sure there's others too. Rob is being made redundant , not fired , there are some subtle differences , ‘at risk’ is HR speak meaning the role is in consultation for redundancy. To make someone redundant a period of consultation is required depending on numbers likely with union or elected representatives , this period allows employees to make proposals to save their jobs , (almost never works). After the consultation 30/60 or 90 days , then the redundancy happens.
To say he is or has been fired based on those emails would be incorrect , though the outcome his role ceasing to exist is likely , he may leave with a healthy pay out usually dependant on his contract , or he may be re deployed into another roles if both parties agree.
his job is the head of the brand department. hes one of the 4 or 5 people directly below the studio director. hes fired. i even know who replaces him.

If his role is "at risk" (of redunancy) it is much more likely he was given PILON (pay in lieu of notice) or garden leave (still techniically employeed until the end of collective consultation but told not to come to work.)
This usually happens with senior employees, as they are considered a risk to the business once they learn of their reduncancy. Or to suppot your narative , they might have been so sick of him they took they oppotunity to ask him to leave early due to his impending redundancy.
It would be risky (but not impossible) to sack someone during their redendancy consultation , as its always a risk to actually sack someone , especailly when they are going anyway and this could leave them open to accusations that they just dont want to pay the redundancy. This is usually a flawed argument though since the cost of the reduncancy is usually paid for (in buget terms) long before the annoncment is made.
I appreciate "fired" makes a way more interesting narative and im no fan of CA, but i have worked in HR on far too many redundcnay business cases from both business and union pesepectives and have a good grasp of what is happening here from a legal perspective.
I find your videos engaging , but based on the evidence in this video , i would say its unlikely he has been "fired" and much more likely he has been placed on leave pending redudancy , or paid out his redundancy in Liue of his notice. Firing would not be logical in this situation.
That being said this is CA and not logical seems to be ther A game, i still find it hard to believe their HR would be that incompetant due to their scope and size.

I do like Warhammer Total War but Total War just downgrade to turn into garbage and microtransaction similar to EA, DLC made look worse and it'll stick like average vanilla games but Mod is so much better, so I don't play the total war but I stop playing in Total War Troy, it's really boring ngl.

The Soviet anti tank dog was real, at first they tried to teach the dogs to place a timed bomb and run (get more use out of em) but they later settled on kamikaze dogs, it was actually rather effective, infact it was so good the Japanese copied it with some several thousand German supplied dogs.
And some Iraqi insurgents tried it out too, it didn't really work and the dog was the only casualty (rip to an anti imperialist martyr)
