Most people don't know that Vivaldi originally wrote this piece for the accordion but when he found out that the instrument wouldn't be invented for another 100 years he decided to create another and somewhat more familiar version in the violin concerto format.

As thrilling as listening to this is, unless you play an instrument you can't imagine the joy this kid gets from being able to play and perform this music. I play classical music myself and _I_ envy him.

Accordion is my favorite music instrument. I have liked it whenever I have listened to it. This instrument is not very much used in Persian music which is my primary music. So I have listened very little accordion. This talented player made me to like accordion even more. He simply discovered and displayed the great potential of this excellent instrument. This is bayan, not an accordion. Bayan is a more complex instrument capable of reproducing up to 8 octaves and mimicking organ music.

This isn't an accordion. An accordion has Piano like button on the right.
Here we would call it an "Armonica"
I think it's a Bayan (Баян), which is type of accordion developed in Russia. But yeah, in a sense, i don't think of Bayan as being same as accordion, same family tree.
It is a button accordion. This type of accordion offers more possibilities for playing and it is quite easy to cover 2 octaves with one hand, because the tunes are arranged in 2 dimensions, not only in one lika on a piano. I think, that it is a button accordion with C keyboard arrangement. There exist also with B- keyboard and the Bayan arrangement.
