Chou is one of the most balance hero and always in the meta. Cowsep is the one who sucks not the hero lol

@@s.sangeethkamal2722 chou is chou. Like I said hes balanced but hes not exactly meta. Hes not that great as a fighter rn but he definitely excells as a tank. So hes not in the fighter meta but hes in the roaming meta. What you said of them being different is like saying damage Johnson is different from tank Johnson. You roam them both only difference being you're not as reliant on your teammates with damage Johnson. Same with Fighter chou and tank chou. Fighter chou is less reliant but stays in a fight for much less. Tank chou is more reliant but stays on a fight longer.
Just because a lot of people use a certain hero, doesn't mean they are meta. I mean look at Gusion. A lot of players use him but he is B+/A- tier at best. He is outclassed by assassins like Lance, Fanny and Ling. He gets his spike at level 4 but his combo is easily avoidable as long as you stay behind minions and kite his 1st skill. If you can't kite his skill then you can just dash right before he hits you and it'll negate some of the damage.
