As a german, here the translation of what he says in the clip at 9:20:
"Vor der Kurve nochmals runterbremsen, ganz wichtig" -> "Again braking before the curve, veeery important (ironic)"
Shouting:

This clip is most likely from Nürburgring, a race track in Germany where you can also drive with your normal car. The drivers in the car seem to be experienced drivers that know the track well and how to drive it (where to brake, accelerate and how fast you can take the turns) while the Porsche driver seems to be just someone who wanted to take his car on the track for fun. There is no race involved here, just some professionals ranting about an inexperienced driver.

Referring to the last clip. From someone that owns a corner car, there is nothing more annoying then having to bleed off all your speed in the corners, to some car that thinks they are fast, just so they can leave you on the straight, only for you to be held up in the next corner all over again.😂
I completely understand, I'm driving a 2011 Mini One D (90hp), get taking over by Mini John Cooper Works or even a fast BMW or Mercedes at full speed. But then they drive slowly on the roundabouts and corners, witch annoy me, because then I'm driving up their asses and must brake harder then I usally do. I always think, what's the reason for putting your money in a fast car, if you can only drive it fast when there are no corners. 😒
