Get therapy for this. If it's a serious incompatibility issue like one partner doesn't want it at all and the other wants it, then divorce might be a serious issue. Also sexual issues should be addressed. Like ed, premature or delayed ejaculation, etc need to be addressed. Similarly female issues need to be treated as well. The key is to give good effort.
