Using an inverter to switch off the LED: Difficult when tired!

I'm joined by my youngest son Jonas as we try to make an LED turn off when pressing a button. Mistakes were made!

This was actually really timely for me, was thinking about a circuit I could connect to my Raspberry Pi so at boot it would play some kind of sound. You've given me a great start and a lot to think about, also I need to buy more ICs! 🙂

Careful with the breadboards, sometimes the power rails have a break in the middle of the row. (It's not going to break anything on you but it could lead to some head scratching)
