Also backyard and pool should not be the criteria. Big space inside must be priority. At the end of the day cost of the house depends upon the lot size
Lovely backyards! But girl, pool maintenance is a big cost so add that to the budget too! And you’ll only be able to use the pool for a few months in a year and if you guys don’t know swimming then it’s not the best idea anyway. What do u think? Having school a few steps away is very good thing. But 5-10 mins drive every morning isn’t bad either. Look for more space inside as we use indoor space the most due to weather in Canada. Amy buy the 1st house, swimming pool is a good appeal for buyers during summers only. But remember its Canada and maintainance during winter of such large Pools on house can be extremely expansive deal. So buy 1st house it has great yard to play and build memories 👍🏻
