Hate the large dining room table in the entry way right as you enter the home. LOVE, LOVE the wine cellar. Would have preferred a sitting area instead of the dining table outside the glass wine cellar so your guests can enjoy great conversations while drinking a glass of wine. Placing the dinning table right there means you have to walk from the kitchen all the way across the freaking family room to sit down to dinner and then you and your guests have to carry their plates, etc. back all they way across entire family room to the kitchen? You must be freaking kidding!!!! Who thought of this hot mess? Makes no sense. They should have placed the dining table closer to the kitchen. IJS

This house is actually selling for $1.4 million now and the model is $1.8 million because it must include the furniture. Very misleading.
At the time of filming the base price was $717,995, prices in CO went up dramatically.
