I have 2 questions for the program AIP-New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream with Employer Support
After Medical was already done and the result was already submitted to IRCC.
Next is to have Biometric....but biometric cannot proceed because the Employer still didn't pay the Compliance Fee.
All I though is that Employer should complete first all requirements (e.g: Compliance Fee) before hiring foreign applicant.
Since I already received the documents (Employers Contract, Endorsement of Nomination, Employer Support Form, Support Letter from New Brunswick Nominee Program) and medical is done.
1. Is there any instances that Employer could pending the payment of Compliance Fee...that causes my Biometric pending?
2. Lastly from the fees below what are the fees that Employer should handle:
