1 litre oil
ingredients for steam:
1 sliced lemon
2 pieces of cinnamon stick
2 bay leaf
8 whole black pepper
4 cloves
4 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
mold for steam
small stand for mold
ingredients for marination:
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp tikka masala
1 tsp crushed chili
ketchup 3 table spoon
salt 1 tsp
food color 1/2 tsp
3 table spoon lemon 🍋 juice
sesame seeds( white till)
