Don't know why people didn't liked CZ. I absolutely loved it as a kid back in 04. You got a campaign, you got a gamemode where you could complete different maps, and build your own squad as you wanted, and you got access to the online servers. Amazing time!
Everyone I knew liked it. It was honestly the buffer I between CS 1.6 to CS:Source. He used to go lan party at a cyber Cafe for free because my buddy's oldest brother worked at the indoor fun center/amusement park that had the cyber Cafe and it was in a spot in the far back side of this giant building which not only 99% of the guests never used it but the only people that knew it was there were us neighborhood locals & employees. I sure do miss those days. The place was called Mr. Biggs Family Fun Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado and it was around all through since 8th grade in 2004 all through HS when I graduated in 2009 and then sadly closed in 2012. I have so many great memories of that place. Side note: They also had a arcade section there that had a special room for Dance Dance Revolution games with several machines and every Friday & Saturday there would be at least 50+ players packed into that room betting against each other playing as hardcore as that game can get with raver Tripp pants wearing goth kids coming down from Denver and up from Pueblo just to be part of the local DDR scene and cheer on sk,so, skinny nerd 2ith bleach blonde spikey balding hair, parachute BDSM pants, and multi different colored fish net shirts that you could see to this day what I call the "gayest tattoo I'll ever see in person" his tramp stamp of Nine Inch Nails old logo, NIИ, in big bold letters. I swear he wore those fishnets without a shirt underneath like that tattoo was the coolest thing he has ever done right below the double pad, bar spins he would do while playing the hardest difficultly on DDR. 😂 Good times
Because it didn't have the true singleplayer experience like half life. I used to play it too and its fun, especially I like how refined the animation and the map is when compared with Cs 1.6.
condition zero unfortunately came out at a time where CS:S was becoming popular and since they both came out the same year, it’s not that it’s hated but more or less it was just too late to the party to contribute to anything or become even remotely as popular as the big 4
When I played Deleted Scenes 16 years ago, It was an action game. Watching Ohne play it at 41:20, it turns out its a comedy action game, the way he got sent flying. LMAO.
It's not a clickbait. It is not Condition Zero, it is Condition Zero: Deleted Scenes. It is really a secret Single player mode that many people have no idea of.
Deleted scenes is a hidden gem. Every younger gamer who's into modern tactical shooters that i've taken time to point it out too and play it have ALL loved it. It was a hell of a last hurrah for the goldsrc engine and a look back at a lost art of classic fps play mixed with realism (or whatever you want to call CS 1.6's janky yet charming depiction of realism in 1999). Its a little rough in some spots, and while it has a few rather bland missions (in concept, not execution) some of the situations they put you in in the more interesting ones were just crazy. Secret War was easily my favorite mission with Dirty Ice coming in a close second, but i could name 3-4 others that i go back to play now and again too. Great game, i wish it was more widely known.
Condition Zero is so highly underrated. First version of CS I got into. The fact so many don't even consider it a legit version of the game is crazy. The pro scene for this in CAL was insane.
Ah my childhood, scariest and stressful swamp guerilla camp map,lot of memories especially taking down harrier with AWP on ship.. Also you should keep that main menu music louder ! Nice video thank you for bring my memories back !

I laughed my s off when he shot the Delta Sniper lamo. So many things are relatable in this video from being clueless where to go and do. Thanks for this. 🤣
I think i saw this in person back when i'm in highschool. All I know its condition zero, i tried to search it from many CS CZ versions before, but all of them are clearly the normal CS CZ, then I forgot it, until now. Thanks for answering my curiosity that i had years ago
Funny how in the CS2 easter egg stream pixel always slashed, shot, touched and only after failing for a good while, finally resorted to pressing E, but in CZ:DS, he always spams E on everything when it only works for followers, wall-mounted medkits, buttons and defusing (everything else is triggered by touch, making him miss lots of pickups along the way) 🤣
The impressive thing is that this game cause emotion. The stuff that some humans have, feelings other than hungry. Many games today let you press buttons on your keyboard and have graphics, textures. But are you emotionally involved?
Pro tip for current CS2/CS:GO players that end up trying CZ (or CS 1.6 for that matter)... Forget your recoil control (it couldn't even be called spray control), the recoil/spray patterns back in those days had an increasing random factor the longer you held the trigger...
