You guys are talking about internalising something, isn't it? Rings a bell.... lol... reminded me of an old conversation with friends about "how to learn". I think that when you are young, it is best to do some kind of sports. Cos I am really surprised at the kind of wisdom from both of you ladies... I never knew that the "body to mind" connection is what people did in acting schools. But when I have been watching the videos produced by Team Goo... I can definitely tell that, the emotions, facial expressions does come out of Ms Wong. But whatever you do.,.. if you practise...and this is a trick that I learnt from my dance classes, in my 20s. It's to practice. When you practice, you do connect the body movement to the mind connection. This is true. Practice does settle the heart as well. It's recently that I also found out that... when you are scared... your body creates something called "cortisol", it is a chemical... so when you have been practising.. your brain's memories, basically overrides that of your actual body, and its chemistry in that moment in time. This is why it seems seamless, as a bystander. It doesn't matter what exercises you do. Some people likes to sing in private. Or they dance in private. But that is to do with your own body memories, or body connection. A lot of people do a side exercise is because of that. Even in office places, people will take time out to run or to exercise. Sometimes is not necessarily for health per se.. but to increase your own consciousness as well. Well, I learnt that magnesium literally reduces your cortisols in the body. So now, I drink spirulina a lot in general. It does help with the stress. My mother would have recommended things like 花旗参. If you can't find supplements or if things like that is expensive, dark green vegetables are also just as good. I wish I knew this in my 20s.

最低都未算難⋯⋯我讀中學時,學校係拉 curve 俾由 A 至 H grade 嘅。考試一科要全級排最低 5-15% 先得到 G grade。中二就有同學好有技考地全部科目都拿 G。

其實入演員角度或演員既mindset去切入/寫一個故仔,都係幾特別的。因為學編劇時,其實真係多數從結構/人物既角度出發去諗個故仔點樣由零開始。但好少由演既角度切入。同埋我覺得好似阿詩演員出身既話,其實係會特別知道點樣寫對話,一波拋過去然後對手再點樣拋番黎。但有時對好多新手編劇既話,寫對話要得出似真既人話,其實好難的。
我都係又一村嗰間師姑中學,好在我吾係小學升過去。讀屋村小學就冇呢啲咁富貴既同學,吾使攪到冇自信吾會自卑。
