The comic Red Hulk was one of my favourite Marvel Legends Hulk’s and the last Hulk left in my collection, the Marvel Select one was a beast, nice to see an MCU one and I’m curious as to how and why Red Hulk and Captain America come to blows in the film but all will be revealed in 2025, great review Dan!
Hasbro really dropped the ball with not making him look like Harrison Ford as the Red Hulk.
I think the body looks more like the age of Ultron body or the one in the Hulk Hulk buster two pack

Dude Deadpool and Wolverine made a billion dollars at the box office and the Agatha series was well received. You people don't seem to understand that it took the MCU years to set up Infinity War and Endgame or that Marvel went through real world stuff like Covid Lockdown, the 2023 Hollywood Labor Strikes, and the Jonathan Majors controversy last year. Stop saying the MCU is dying its not so shut up stupid Star Wars fans

The figure looks very good , would be better of course if the likes of Harrison Ford was noticed better . I particularly think is gonna be okay, and people will want to get these figures anyways cause collectors always do.
I already have the comic book red Hulk and I paid a decent penny for it on the aftermarket so I’m really debating on whether I need this one. I put it on pre-order but… I’m not really sure it’s necessary and I don’t have a lot of faith in the MCU these days so I’m gonna imagine that this movie is gonna go the way of the rest of them. We might not see a good movie until the Blade movie if that ever comes out. But I’m rooting for an MCU movie with a black leading character. ✊🏾
This is a straight up repaint of AoU Hulk with a new hair piece on the head and pinless arms.

Ultimately I'm going to pass at full price.
As an MCU, the face is not accurate at all.
As a comic book figure I think it can work but then I need these figures to update the torso articulation. It should have a butterfly swivel and a double ball joint torso.
I do hope someone makes a better MCU Red Hulk with the size to match.
I think the new parts are a good direction but it's not enough to put down cash for me.
You just don't chop off a Harrison Ford figure in pieces 😂
I wonder because the movie was delayed significantly they probably did alot of work with the cgi, since alot of criticism with recent marvel movies about cg. So I think ML got older cg models of the red hulk and thats why it doesn't look right

No mustache on movie Ross is terrible, No mustache on Red Hulk was a terrible decision. Seclect has a much better hulk. Also, they could have at least molded in the signature chin scar to make it a bit closer to what Harrison looks like. I'm sure Casting Cave will come to the rescue with a better head.

Great review, but i hope Diamond Select gives us an MCU red Hulk that looks way better. I really like their Hulk scale more than Hasbro's.
I actually like the Red Hulk figure, but 100% agree the Harrison Ford likeness is not there and it's disappointing.

For a Red Hulk figure it sure looks amazing, it reminds me of Carlo Pagulayan's art from his comics. Now, for a Red Hulk being played by Harrison Ford... Yeah, he totally doesn't look like Harrison Ford at all. My guess is that the production of these figures started probably 2-3 years ago and maybe Ford wasn't already casted for the role. However, Hasbro should have had time to at least fix it in those years, I mean even if the final design wasn't finished (probably) they still knew that Ford was playing him, and there probably was some concept art to work with. Speaking of which, the art on the box DOES look a bit more to Ford, so I don't know what happened there with the head sculpt.
All in all, a great Red Hulk figure, but I prefer both of the previous releases in the Legends line.

Other than being pinless and the chest hair, is there any reason to buy this at full retail? I’m hearing several closing Big Lots are being turned into Ollie’s, at least in St Louis bistate area? I’m sure all three of these figures will show up there.
Until then, I already repainted a Hulk from a few years back into Rulk. It’s now packed up, but works for me.
Being a hulk fan under Hasbro Is really annoying because they keep reusing the same body again and again and again.
And no, the same body doesn't work for all hulks.
The likeness was most likely done from concept art, that maybe why he doesn’t look like ford

Hope that they make another one because this figure is an obvious concept that doesnt resemble Harrison Ford at all. They didn't know how he was going to look but had to get the toys out. Hop they reissue it with effects also.
I was extremely excited to pick up this Red Hulk figure but after looking at that head sculpt🤮, I'll just wait for Hasbro to give us an Screen Accurate head sculpt in their MCU Line❤. Anyways I'm definitely planning on picking up Sam Wilson Captain America figure👍, the only figure in the Wave that looks really AWESOME😍💙⭐❤

Don't sit on Marvel Select. They've made a few MCU Hulks that look just like Mark so I think they'll be able to nail the design.
I really don't care if he doesn't look like Harrison Ford this figure is fine I'm not that spoiled it's a good figure if you are truly a Hulk fan That's what matters the articulations is okay for a hasbro figure. I like it . Maybe there are legal issues why he doesn't look like Harrison Ford so I understand . So it's no problem to me. I prefer marvel superheroes to look like in the comics more so this can just be like different styles and artists draw him when it comes to his face its about fun and imagination .

On the plus side customizers should be profiting nicely from Hasbros shortcomings.
It doesn't look like Harrison also with the way the mid torso is and crutch piece it could have had a ball joint instead of just a swivel and also being a bigger figure decent butterfly joints but then they could do that for she hulk considering she's bigger than most of the males 🤷🏻
As well as the head likeness missing the mark; I think it's too big. If it were 5 to 10% smaller the body which seems slim for a Hulk, would look better.

ive passed on pre order for this because of the head sculpt. definitely a ruffalo face. the body sculpt doesnt look very promising either tbh. Marvel Legends missed the mark again it seems. great review though, i enjoyed the video.

Pretty disappointing. Doesn't look like the on-screen Harrison Hulk, no open mouth roaring head, and no butterfly shoulder joints (a must-have for modern Hulk figures, imo). Big pass.

I can almost promise you they didn't have a accurate cgi render. They change them all the time in post. Mcu figures are garbage anyways
There's a few exceptions. I mean the 97 wave is technically MCU and pretty much all of those are great
