That's not how you do it optimally unless the enemies are going to die to the ult. You still get the gacha rolling buff for the ultimate if you attack first and immediately queue up ult, because it still counts as part of your turn.

A Qingque theorycrafter did a calculation whether it's more optimal to use ult after using skill or use ult after basic attack and there's a huge amount of dps difference. You also can generate more energy by using ultimate first because you can use the basic attack right after and gain energy that way. Furthermore, during the next turn you can generate more energy as well because you'll be using your skills instead of just getting the enhanced attack at the start of the turn

It is definitely more optimal to ult immediately after throwing the boosted normal attack since then both the NA and ult will both have the aforementioned buff, doing this will also leave four fish tiles ready for the next turn. I only ulted first for the showcase since doing the boosted normal attack first would have killed enemies. Sorry if this sounds convoluted I can clarify anything if you need
Nope, you lose it as soon as Qingque’s turn ends. As long as the ult is before you switch to the next character or an enemy turn, she won’t lose the buffs

It is most optimal to gacha>enhanced normal attack (eNA)>ult in the same turn so that the ult and eNA have the buff from gambling. I did gacha>ult because eNA would have killed enemies and lowered the ult's total damage lol

So that her ult got buffed from damage stack as well. Qingque buff multiplies when she's doing the gacha tiles, the more sp you spend the more dmg multiplier you got. So when she gets 4 tiles, just do the ult so her ult gets buffed from multiplier as well. Also that way, you can recharge the energy for ult when she's shoot her 4 tiles
