That's wise. I made a mistake of listening to the black eyes children at 9pm before bed. Never doing that again. I can listen to true crime all day, but this stuff freaks me out. Lol.
If only if only. The problem is, if that were the case, the story would lose much of its tragedy. We live in a covenant world though. A father is still a father even if he does not act like one. The children still need him. They don't magically stop being his kids just because he wants them to.
At 15:18, are you inferring the stepmother was the witch? I think you might be, based on a couple of your comments, but i wasn't sure. It's an intriguing link to make.
Hi, love the content! Have you heard of the red light demons? Apparently, during Viet Nam, the night vision goggles that they used were red light goggles instead of green light. Many soldiers saw flying demons and even shot at what they saw, and the goggles were banned shortly after. I'd be very interested to hear your take!
I said the same thing a while back. They have A.I. generate it somehow. I'm sure it's pieced together by the A.I. with existing art found on the internet.
@@evanevanf4033 but the flip side to this: to hire a graphic designer worth their salt who could make art that is detailed and beautiful could cost in the upwards of thousands of dollars. On top of taking months, even up to a year to produce (depending on the size and detail, and the back-and-forth changes wanting to be made by the client). I’m not saying that I disagree with you or that your perspective is wrong, just offering another view to consider.
The fact that it's so easy/convenient is why it's so dangerous and WILL one day, end real art. Oh, it's not going to happen tomorrow. But it will happen. It's horrifying. It horrifies more when it comes to books and music.@@Kels-c
AI may make things that look pretty and sound nice, but it will never understand the human element of artwork. It will never make anything truly unique, or anything of spiritual significance. That may suit corporate wants and needs, and replace the practically already AI-generated pop music on the radio, but what draws people to make and enjoy artwork is much more than that. It's something God put in us that can never be artificially replicated.
Hey y'all! I actually have a phenomenal strange/paranormal story that I think will truly bless you in your next episode about ghosts. The name of the woman is Gottlieben Dittus, she experienced demonic spirits, possession, but a marvelous deliverance through the glorious person of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Do you guys plan to do any episodes on mermaids legends? Also on the other end of the spectrum, are you interested in covering more modern day stories of demon possession, exorcism/deliverance, occult eperiences, etc. that many people may not know still goes on? Thank you for this show!
I know yall arent gonna listen to me because im not a patron 😂 but yall should cover Dogman i think most people would find him more interesting than bigfoot
The telling of the Pendel Witch CHILD was off based on what I know of it. For one, Jenny was only 9 yes old at the time and the trial contained many suspicious dealings. I do believe her family may have practiced folk magic to a degree but the whole case is very muddy as to the truth of the matter. You guys did a great job with the episode though and I am interested to hear your take on the Salem Witch trials. Maybe looking at and comparing them with the Pendel trials. Thank you for what you do!
Some stories you just know are true or based on truth or in truth. But why the house made of cake? What was it really? Just decorated with some food? An illusion? And was it more of an allegory written to cover up the truths revealed in the later part of this video? Or really a different kind of witchiness? Id love to hear you guys take on it. More than that however, if only you could dive into why and what and how to deal with seeing things that not everyone sees? Not saying i do...just saying.
I discovered you guys recently and love your shows. I've written some Christian fiction books that cover a lot of the subjects you discuss. Can I send you a free copy to see what you think?
Have you seen the the most recent film Gretel and Hansel? Switched around for wokeness I suppose. Anyway there are some very interesting bits eluding to the witch being involved with jewish mysticism and kabballistic rites. Very interesting to say the least.
Have you fellas ever seen the video of Joe Staten telling his original planned story for Halo? It's lost to the revisionists at this point, but I want to say it made it's rounds on youtube in late twenty-aughts, maybe? Anyway, this version of the story was, of course, scrapped somewhere during the development of Halo 2 in favor of being able to "expand the lore:" The Forerunners were humans who, in pursuit of immortality, accidentally created the "flood" (and AI) which ended up wiping them out. They built the "ark" to preserve life and rebuild. Godless, of course, but all that biblical imagery of the flood and the ark and all was intended as a view of "antediluvian" human civilization. Also interesting the story would have been influenced by the only one of their founding core group, Marty McDonald, who is a super-based conservative Christian with like, 6 kids, to remain with the company...
may we speak? i have a story to tell. for general description not debate nor feed for your nex show. It could be but i honestly would like to speak to you two if possible.
Im not listening to this at 2:07am EST. I’ll check back in at 3pm.
Same
Amen

" the family knelt to start a fire"
Nah
They stopped bein a family the instant the father decided to go ahead and abandon them.
If only if only.

She is, at least in a metaphorical sense. It's no coincidence that the death of the witch happens around the same time as the death of the stepmother.
See I always thought it was obvious that she was the witch, even as a kid.
Interesting that most people don’t think that!
Purge witchcraft from the face of the earth
Don't be antisemetic.
@@NemesisApoc I can't tell if you're joking or not
Amazing episode! Hope you talk more in depth about Hansel and Gretel on the channel if you havent already in your witch series
This channel is underrated

I love the artwork you have for all your episodes, I'm curious, where do you find them, or do you have someone create the art for each episode?
I said the same thing a while back. They have A.I. generate it somehow. I'm sure it's pieced together by the A.I. with existing art found on the internet.
It is the Midjourney AI art bot on discord. So we just type in a prompt and it spits out its interpretation of it.
