You did not mention the problem of ultrawide lenses used with clip-in filters. The edges gets smeared compared to a fixed built-in filter (like normal camera vs. full spectrum converted camera + clip-in hotmirror). Do you have experience with naked sensor conversions? Which means a full spectrum conversion with the factory hotmirror removed, but you don't replace the factory hotmirror with the typical 2mm clear filter.
I haven’t any experience with naked sensor conversions - I find the magnetic filters from Kase good for my use case - although yes, you do get some vignetting at wide angles. Nothing photoshop can’t fix 😅
