Also, regarding yoga, from an experienced yoga master and teacher, who has converted to Catholicism, we learn that the positions themselves are imitations of demonic entities (gods) and that those positions have caused demonic possession among those who *only* use them for stretches without any meditation or intentions aside from bodily exersize whatsoever. The same thing applies to Reiki. The very word yoga means "to yoke", but certainly not to Christ, but the demon.
