- Kamusta naman kaya ngayon sa Esperanza Farms? Pagkatapos ng mga bagyong dumaan, maraming sumusulat sa akin at kinakamusta ang aming farm sa Lucban, Quezon. Pinagpalad po kami at very minimal ang naging damage sa Casa at Farm. At higit sa lahat, pinagpalad po kami na makapag-ani ng palay bago dumating ang mas malalakas pang bagyo.
Samahan nyo po kami sa pagbisita nina Yael at Karylle at makinig sa aming masayang kwentuhan at konting salo salo.
Magluluto ako ng LABONG, galing sa aming mini bamboo forest. Tatawagan ko ang aking Mama, whom we fondly call Manga, to help me with her Labong recipe. I’m also going to teach you how to do it my way-Lumpiang Labong. Gagawa din tayo ng Minukmok o Nilupak gamit ang mga nakalap nating saging na saba, kamote, gabi at kamoteng kahoy.
Sigurado po kaming masisiyahan kayo sa aming bagong vlog na may konting kirot sa puso, as I heartwarmingly talk about harvesting and the importance of our farmers... dito Lang sa Buhay ProbinZSA.

Napaiyak ako sa vlog n to po Ms. Zsa Zsa, salamat sa pagpugay at dasal mo sa mga magsasaka.. My parents are a full time farmer.. and hindi biro ang trabaho ng magsasaka. It's truly a hardwork. I really salute them at sa mga other magsasaka. Maraming salamat sa inyo 💖
Naiyak din ako nung nakita ko na lubog sa baha yung mga palay sa Quezon. Yung ani namin, konti lang ang bigas kasi daw pala pag tag ulan, walang laman ang ipa! Mga bagay ito na Di ko malalaman kung hindi kami nagka tanim. Salute to farmers! They work so hard so that we have food on our tables.

Ms Zha zha, using the armor and pestle for making your Quezon version of nilupak is exactly the way we make our “ linubyan( lubi- lubi)” in Isabela( Cagayan Valley)... we pound our linubyan with a mixture of boiled saba, cassava, Glutinous rice, grated coconut, brown sugar with a dash of salt... our favorite get together activity on a moonlit night. I dont watch any vlog of actress in the phil. But natuwa talga ako sayo zha.. Sobrang inembraced mo ang buhay probinsya at hindi mo lang enembraced kundi isinagawa mo pa. Nkakatuwa at nkakaproud ka. Another fruitful episode🥰 Reminiscing the old days whenever we used to visit our province, we cook at our so-called dirty kitchen using clay pots... Especially when we cook rice, we used to put underneath and all around inside the clay pot with banana leaves and we also put pandan leaves. Rice really tastes and smells good😋 Vegetable lumpia is also one of my favorite merienda....I'm like you. I like dipping it into vinegar especially when it has onions, garlic, and chilli ...yum😋😋😋
Maybe, you can also try cooking labong na achara..... I remember my mom used to cook it when she's still alive🥰😍
