Can someone explain if there is any actual advantage to smash burgers over traditional patties? Only thing I can think of is more of the meat makes contact with the heat and is better caramelized, but I don’t know if that’s the main reason for choosing smash burgers
That's the type of tomato you want! Many of them have this white part in the center witch seems like roots or something. It's a food-crime not to get rid of that part whenever it's there.
Relish in the sauce and the German chunky mustard changed my life (also I dump Worcestershire in there but don't be a hero because that part is ancillary lol)
