Also a very major contribution to food..Punjabi food is the best in India with mouthwatering dishes like dal Mariani, palak paneer, paneer posada, bergen Barta, amritsari kulcha, kadi, making di rotting aur sarson da saag etc..the list of mouthwatering delicacies is endless.

Excellent..though I am not a punjabi but I salute the hard work and self sufficiency of these truck drivers and the challenging circumstances they endure..infact there should be better subsidized restaurants built for them where a buffet will be served with punjabi cuisine..though I am not a punjabi buy I love roti, dal and ghee over it.. makes my day..

Great video! Really appreciate the tough lifestyle truckers face. Truck ki roti da jawab nahin....saving every rupee and avoiding the roadside dhabha....or maybe cooking themselves because the next dhabha is many hours away.
Hope Govt of India should work on portable Rotimaker.Where u just pour , flour, water/oil finally baked roti comes out. It's a really blessing half of the work done.only left curry preparation 👍🙏
Only respect and admiration for these people. Being a truck driver is hard work, we sometimes curse them for driving rash without knowing what they have to go through daily!
